Just got the dryer about a week ago and so far its been great. Finally able to wash and dry our king/queen comforters at home without having to go to the mat. They fit perfectly into our Stackable laundry closet and the platinum is really sleek. Has lots of options that we haven't learned to use yet, and who knows if we even will! I'm a Samsung user (phone, tv, and now washer) so its great being able to connect everything in one hub. So if I dont hear the chime, I'll get a notification on my TV and/or phone letting me know.

Over all it’s been working great, it’s silent at times I forget I’m even doing laundry. I got my whole laundry room remodeled just for these new appliances. This is was my Mother’s Day gift from my husband. The service was quick and the men that came to deliver was awesome, because I live in a 2 floor apartment.

It's been working great! Our old dryer would frequently shut off before finishing the dry cycle or, if it did complete the cycle, the clothes wouldn't actually be dry so it took forever to get our laundry done. The first time we ran a load in this one, it was done so fast that i was skeptical that it actually ran correctly. I was very pleasantly surprised. I also love the stacking feature, but definitely recommend the kit. It made things so much easier.

Excellent Dryer. The steam options are an added bonus, especially the refresh option. Just be sure not to use it on any material containing vinyl or it'll peel from shirt.

Cute and efficient! This nice looking dryer works great the first time and can handle all the activity of a family of 4. I love that I get notice when the dryer is finished and helps to make doing many loads a day fast!

Large capacity, no problem fitting multiple large blankets and lots of drying options. Also has steam capability to remove wrinkles from delicate dress clothing.

I knew that I wanted Samsung, and I am so pleased that the set I bought are living up to my expectations. I am using the same soap and the clothes are coming out brighter, the dryer works the first time I set it. I have no regrets.

After my old dryer got damaged, I was very confused with all the new products on the market and I was in a hurry to buy a new dryer that was easy to use and didn't consume a lot of gas, after searching for info on different products and making comparisons, I was finally convinced that Samsung was the perfect choice. I love it, the clothes dry very fast and are wrinkle free. Thank you Samsung.
