Product Manuals
A: You do need to connect to the water line. We just bought a splitter so that we could connect the washer and dryer to the same water line. You don’t need a separate water line.
Q: is there gas dryer without sensor dry
A: Your question is confusing.
A: The conversation kit needs/should be installed by a professional and is available at time of purchase. I utilize propane and requested the conversion at time of purchase. When my dryer was delivered and installed I watched as they did the conversion to propane on site. They had to take the entire dryer apart to change the natural gas jet to a propane jet. It is like changing the jets in a carburetor for a car. So, I highly recommend contacting a professional or having Best Buy do it during an installation.

Great!
Just got the dryer about a week ago and so far its been great. Finally able to wash and dry our king/queen comforters at home without having to go to the mat. They fit perfectly into our Stackable laundry closet and the platinum is really sleek. Has lots of options that we haven't learned to use yet, and who knows if we even will! I'm a Samsung user (phone, tv, and now washer) so its great being able to connect everything in one hub. So if I dont hear the chime, I'll get a notification on my TV and/or phone letting me know.

New Washer and dryer
Over all it’s been working great, it’s silent at times I forget I’m even doing laundry. I got my whole laundry room remodeled just for these new appliances. This is was my Mother’s Day gift from my husband. The service was quick and the men that came to deliver was awesome, because I live in a 2 floor apartment.

Dries very quickly!
It's been working great! Our old dryer would frequently shut off before finishing the dry cycle or, if it did complete the cycle, the clothes wouldn't actually be dry so it took forever to get our laundry done. The first time we ran a load in this one, it was done so fast that i was skeptical that it actually ran correctly. I was very pleasantly surprised. I also love the stacking feature, but definitely recommend the kit. It made things so much easier.
