The colors aren’t as crisp and dark as other more expensive tv’s, but for the price tag, this tv rocks. There has been no delay when watching sports or playing video games. Would recommend this tv.

For a 4k tv it displays really sharp and beautiful HD quality videos. What I like the most are the smart features. You can install apps and access a whole bunch of video streaming services such as Netflix, Disney Plus, and HBO Max. If connect a device like a 4k player or a gaming console via HDR HDMI cable, the TV automatically changes to a higher quality. The 70" size that I have is a really good size, but If you want to get bigger size then there is no complaint either. The cost was well worth it for everything that it contains.

Analog output challenge

Thee isn’t an analog audio output so we needed to purchase a converter. It didn’t work great and we didn’t want to spend an additional $100 to try to make it better. The picture was superior but we needed the audio to work with our existing system.

Do Samsung TVs have a problem turning on?

This is the second Samsung tv I've bought in the last 2 months. The first was a 65 in that I had to return bc it didn't always turn on. My new one, the 70in 7-series, is having the same problem. Is it the TV or my house?

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I am very sorry that you are experiencing issues turning your TV on. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
(1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet.
(2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service.
(3) Try pressing the TV Controller button at the bottom of the TV to make sure that the problem is not with the remote control.
(4) If the TV turns on, your issue may be with the remote control

I didn't have a Smart TV before and I am really enjoying the Samsung Crystal UHD. I also want to give a thumbs up to the Geek Squad techs who delivered and installed my new television. Dave was very helpful and made sure that I was instructed and knew how to operate the Samsung. I'm enjoying movies, streaming church services and so much more. I plan on getting more software from Best Buy.
