My faithful old 55" Samsung died, and I needed a replacement. I was considering going with another 55" TV, but then I saw the price on this TV, and figured that I'd upgrade to the 75". PROS The picture is excellent. My old TV was a standard 1080p TV, which was standard when I purchased it. This is a 4K, which I know isn't the highest resolution, but I notice a significant improvement in the picture quality. The colors are vibrant, the darks look great, and the overall picture is crystal clear. The sound is unexpectedly great. Right after I finished mounting the TV, I gave it a test drive by watching a Marvel movie, and I was not expecting it to sound nearly as great as it did. It's very dynamic, and has great highs and mids. If you need more bass, a subwoofer can help. The smart functions and internet browsers are really easy to access and use. I use Youtube to access movies and TV shows that I've purchased through Google Play Movies, and my wife uses the internet browser to access our yoga classes. Ease of installation. The included stands are nice and sturdy, and don't allow the TV to wobble too much. With my old TV, that was my biggest complaint. The stand on that was notoriously wobbly because of how it secured. These stands give a much more solid feel. I opted to mount mine, and it was relatively easy to do. CONS There are panels installed along the edges of the TV so that you don't get hand/fingerprints along the side when moving the TV. The adhesive used is VERY sticky, and I was worried about peeling off the top layer of the screen. Be very careful when removing the edge protector pieces. I'm sure this is a setting I can change, but I'm not a huge fan of the auto-detect HDMI input setting. I'm sure there's probably a way I can change it though, so it's not a big deal. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase so far. I was happy with my old Samsung TV, and if I can get the same life out of this, I'll be equally as happy. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a 75" TV without breaking the bank.

Great 75 inch smart tv! It has a really good picture and easy to use menu. I wall mounted it in my man cave which is a large area and I am really pleased with the picture and sound quality. I would highly recommend!

Overall a nice TV. The picture quality is what you would expect from Samsung is downright spectacular, Crisp, clean and clear, I don't believe you will be disappointed. In the short time owned, we've watch everything from movies to sports, news and sitcoms. Across the board the product performs. For those of us who like to play with settings, you are able to dive as deep as you prefer however and I have dialed in my preferences. The down side of this TV for me is the remote and to be candid, it is awful. Ergonomically, a bit on the slender side, it fits into my hand however the buttons for thumb manipulation are hyper sensitive. Don't blink while pressing a button you'll miss the cursor flying across the screen leaving you wondering how did that happen. You will need to use finesse to navigate the user interface. This tactical shortcoming can be bane if you are a customary channel surfer. The other downside of the remote is the button layout. The up/down/left/right/enter buttons are small and tightly located to four larger buttons; two of which are "for sale" buttons, one is Samsung Plus, one gets you to the Guide and then Netflix and Prime Video. Located right in the middle of these land mine is the Home button. I call them land mines because they are big, you can't miss them and most certainly you will inadvertently hit the Samsung TV+ button if you are right-handed like me (Lefties, you will be rewarded with the Guide) when you really want the up arrow. This is very annoying and a source of frustration. The on screen guide is latent and sluggish. Don't expect to be zipping around the UI even after you become proficient with the remote. Not certain the reason and I won't speculate but the navigation menu may frustrate you as much as it frustrates me. You also have the ability to add your favorite apps to the menu. Unfortunately, the "for sale" buttons are accompanied by other "for sale" apps; I am referring to bloatware. Not picking on Samsung as many companies do it, but they preload and lock a number of apps. You most assuredly can load your own favorite apps, but should you want to remove the preloads unfortunately you are out of luck. I have experienced technical difficulty twice and in both instances it was the same video issue. To be fair to Samsung, I am drafting an email to submit for investigation and hopefully resolution. I will only briefly mention the symptom in the event you have a similar experience. Turning on the TV, both times it occurred, the broadcast signal was incorrectly displayed. A one foot wide column of video was duplicated near the center of the screen. Unfortunately, this also impacted the proper display of the menu. Turning the TV on and off did not remedy the problem and the ultimate fix was to unplug the TV, wait a minute, plug it in and turn the TV on. Sounds simple however for a setup where you are wall mounted with your power located behind the TV, this task took three; two to take the TV off the wall and one to reach up and unplug the unit. In the end, voila the TV was back to normal function! I immediately searched for a software update via the TV options and unfortunately I was current. I also went to the Samsung website and confirmed no newer software updates were available. As I mentioned, this has only happened twice and am in the process of contacting Samsung. I expect this will ultimately get resolved. Barring the exceptions mentioned and assuming my video issues do not recur or if they do they get resolved, I am pleased with the purchase.

Great purchase, with only one gripe which isn't even that bad because I knew about it before buying it, it only has two HDMI ports. But, for the price of the aTV, the picture and sound, it’s a great value.

Wow! This thing is a monster, and the picture is fantastic. The only thing you need to consider is whether you have a large enough room for it. In the picture attached, I’m sitting 14’ from the t.v. I definitely don’t have any problems seeing everything I need or want to see. I’m using a Sonos sound bar, so I can’t offer any advice on the sound quality.

Upgraded to a 75” and was truly impressed with this tv. Did a lot of research and for my price range and incredible sale this seemed like the best option, and I have been truly impressed with the movie and gaming quality. My wife was equally impressed, and we purchased a second one about a year later for the bedroom. I highly reccomend for a budget friendly, reliable tv that proudces great quality.

Tv is huge does what I need it to do. When you connect your Xbox 1 or switch it automatically turns on but you can just press home and click your app you have free TV like gordan ramsay yogioh etc and MTV you can download amazon prime YouTube hulu apple TV and so much more and just watch with your account it stays signed in as long as you pay the bill for your individual apps if you don't pay it you will have to log back in again ex hbo max nice quality you feel good about having a TV that is big a lot of people are awed by it you can control the TV with your phone multiple people even if its an iPhone can use the feature and control the TV even if they're in the other room I like to freak people out by keeping the volume really loud and randomly turning it on while my husband's about to sleep or watching videos on his phone or just playing games I don't do it all the time but pretty cool I guess especially with children just turn it off and say you don't know what happened if you want to blame the smart TV. I just say it's time to turn it off. I like this TV its loud but like any other TV dependent on how the volumes recorded for an individual show like let's say miraculous Lady bug and rainbow high one show might be really high while the other might be fairly lower thats not the tv Fault it can happen to any genre like attack on titan or static shock anyways hope this helps

This is an okay TV, but unfortunately most of the things i want to do with the TV i cant. I dint realize it doesn't come with google TV, so i can't download all the apps i need on it, all apps on the Samsung store is practically useless to me. Not enough storage space except you add a usb or something. Color is beautiful, sound is good, just the content and the remote and TV layout is annoying .

Fits above my fireplace perfectly. It a big screen. If you watch shows, videos, or movies who film with a good quality camera, you will definitely see the brightness, crispy, beautiful look you see on the displays at the store. The pictures so great, doesn't dim. I just have to get use to working the remote b/c it has so many keys on it.
