I bought this as an open box return. When I got it home, I really enjoyed the colors and easy use of the remote. Having a usb 3.0 port was a bonus. And the cable box rf control worked well. This tv has a very hard time upscaling cable channels that are not broadcast in full 1080i resolution. (If you didn't notice, not all your HD channels are truly HD. They down scale programs that aren't as popular.) Watching UFC on Fox Sports One was painful. The bigger the tv, the more you notice this. Lights and darks become very blotchy. Bluray and other full HD or 4k content did look ok. But part of the back light went out on the lower left side, and after almost 3 weeks of phone calls and failed service calls I asked samsung to swap it out or buy it back. After 4 days, they still had no offer for a trade so I told them to buy it back. After 25 minutes of being on the phone, and still waiting for her to fill out the buy back stuff, I remember best buy has an extended return time for elite members so I hung up and returned it I am super glad I did return because the picture on the 2015 Sony is far superior in every way. The upscaling is truly phenomonal. Just get the 850C or better in any size and you'll be impressed. I stuck with the 75" cuz it's the perfect size for the mancave. I have Samsung phones and tablets, but I'll never buy a Samsung TV again. This was my first and only one.

This tv was worth the wait , I watch it and still can't believe the picture even without the 4k. But watch it in 4k just so unreal looks better then real life!!. U dont need to go to the movies!!!!!!

Got this TV in 2014 and its been with me since. Some fan noise from time to time, but no burn-in either. The 3D was mediocre and only enjoyed it with every light out in the room.

I am amazed at the quality of the picture on this TV. Setup was very easy and without a problem. overall I am very satisfied with the purchase. i can definitely recommend this TV to anybody looking for something this size. Definitely worth the price.

Love my TV.. I havent gotten the hang of it yet using the hand motion options cause it's in my dark media room but I do love this product. Need channel to broadcast 4K single to best full benefit

Very happy with this TV. Geek Squad installed, set it up and hauled old one away. This is in the basement but it is the primary TV we watch

This tv will blow your mind...it is big and crystal clear only the 9000 model will fade this tv but also 2k more...my wife love it cuz we use it to watch movies

Picture is much clearer than my previous DLP TV. It was easy to set up. I really like the placement of the connectors - it makes it easy to add a game console or Bluray player. The ARC is great too.

This the best TV that I ever owned. The picture is so vivid. I was in doubt between LG and Samsung and am so glad ended up with Samsung. Definitely worth it.
