Tv is great. The service at Best Buy is horrible though. All they're interedted is up selling they have zero customer service skills. Very rude. But the tv is awesome

This would be best thing i ever found in best buy. This is much more worth of its price. Could be say blessed with a wish ( 75 inchs of top notch brand Samsung) for 650$

Everything was ok , till the the whole screen turned black After only 8 days this tv stop working, I can hear sound but the screen is black , no image Am very disappointed with Samsung tv’s Am glad this happened with in 15 days of purchase because Best Buy will exchange it for me , am going to choose another brand in the same price range because what if this happens after the 15 days period that Best Buy give you to returned if anything goes wrong , maybe the manufacturer will do something but am sure that it will take a long time to fix it and you will spend a lot of time over the phone with Samsung maybe am the only unlucky person who got a bad tv,I don’t know I don’t feel comfortable getting the same tv again .
