      Thank you for purchasing the Q80A TV and for sharing your feedback regarding the sound quality. Your new TV features SpaceFit Sound to optimize sound tailored to your environment and Active Voice Amplifier (AVA) which further detects disturbances and enhances the on-screen voices for clear dialogue.

      Go to Home > Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings. Turn the options on or off to meet your needs:
      - Active Voice Amplifier is available only when the sound sensor of the TV is active and the sound output is set to TV Speaker, or a Samsung Soundbar interlinked with Adaptive Picture is connected.
      - Adaptive Sound+ provides optimized sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content
      - Adaptive Volume Automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV.

      Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

      You can also customize sound with Expert Settings.

    exchange of TV went excellent. thanks to Thomas. thank you . TV purchased in December 2021 was acting up, so we traded it in for another one. A TV should not be giving us problems in one months time....

    So far, we’re really enjoying this Samsung. I know Samsung stands by it’s products as we encountered a big issue with our refrigerator. So we didn’t hesitate to try one of their televisions.

    Huge television it was way too big for my wall, hd content was alright but tbh i could not tell much of a difference between this and my non 4k televisions, not worth the money imo. I have traded this TV in for an oled display hoping their will be a difference. Oh and sports did not look good on the tv.

    Bait and Switch! open box, Samsung 75 neo 8K, when I looked at purchase online, 75 Qled UHD 4K, I already bought that last year! wanted an upgrade, not what I had already............... Nothing against Samsung, this was against best buy.......

    Had an equivalent SONY for 2 years and TV was pixelating and finally died. Samsung seems to be working perfectly. I love the remote too.

    Love those Qled and love it as it's manageable with my google nest and my phone too. Only issue is speaker, with high speaker i felt very odd vibration sound, but that is avoidable by installing a samsung speaker system.

    I love the TV, but this TV has two weak points. 1) a lot of distortion on the very low frequency range. 2) black uniformity is not exceptional while this model has local dimming features. Overall it was a great purchase.
