Bought from Best Buy as an open box excellent condition item. When I drove 3 hours to pick it up they stated they do not have a box and if I break the screen getting it home they wouldn’t warrenty. After 2 hours they found a box and packaged it up however they was no smart connect with the TV. As an excellent box item is it supposed to have every thing since you are paying a premium for an excellent item. Now I get the tv home and hook it up. The picture looks great but notice some white circles in the picture. Call Samsung and it is a warrenty issue now since I am outside of my 14 days return. They say they can give me a gift card for an item on their website which will not even get close to covering the 2022 model. They also said I was not in a repair coverage zone however they could get someone over in less then a week to pickup the item which does not make sense. I told them repair the item or give me the 2022 model as your warranty states online. They told me to call back in 14 days to restart the process which I am still waiting for. Crazy how ATV can fail after less then 2 weeks.

8K Samsung is a great investment! Perfect purchase just in time for the football playoffs & Super Bowl. Only negative point was when wife asked why we didn’t go bigger.defiantly invest in the sound bar system recommended for this size television.

I'm very happy with this TV. I bought last years model but just under the 1 year mark the TV quit working. Hopefully that doesn't happen with this one because Samsung is absolutely horrible to work with. Best Buy and Geek Squad have been great!

I love this TV . The picture is so clear everything almost looks 3-D. I love watching sports... it is so easy to follow the ball or puck. I highly recommend this TV.

We were not aware this particular TV required a cord to run to the One Connect box. This cord would run down the wall andcwe had construction to hide all of the other cords so this one cord would be visible on our wall. We did not want that. We also found out most programs are not even veing shown in 8K so we downsized to the 4K model.
