    Overall this is a wonderful tv, however it has a lot more glare than we thought it would have. One of the reasons we wanted this brand was that it was supposed to have less glare. It also doesn’t have as sharp of picture that our LG tv has. We do like that it comes with it’s own apps and live stations.

Please know that your TV is engineered with Anti-Reflection Technology designed to minimize ambient light reflections. We understand that light conditions of each room environment are different. For optimal glare control, we recommend repositioning the TV to minimize incident light falling on the screen or consulting a professional installer.

      To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine tune your image.

    definitely recommend getting HDMI2.1 if you get this TV, while the quality is nice otherwise an HDMI2.1 will noticeably improve the video quality before or after HDR is calibrated

    The product delivered as advertised. It also had an Ambient feature that displays art, which we can integrate with a music source. This was an unexpected surprise.

    Very impressed, but not mine blowing, has some motion issues and some blur in the background, but the Tecs told me it was my cable , don’t have that issue with my 46 inch Panasonic , but overall decent TV

      We appreciate your feedback on your QN90B TV’s picture when watching fast motion. For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

      - Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
      - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

    Picture was great. Issue with eARC. It does not work. Sound cuts out after a minute or two. Numerous simalar stories on YouTube.

      I'm sorry to hear of the connectivity issues you're experiencing. Please be sure you're using a high-speed HDMI cable with Ethernet Channel (sometimes called HDMI HEC cable). Also, be sure to enable HDMI-eARC in the Expert Settings menu. Lastly, please also verify that you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

    I returned this TV. Could not get the colors right and the motion technology was annoying. The techs ran thru the all set up so they tried and I spent 3 or 4 hours online trying all the different settings suggested for this TV. Never was satisfied. Samsung interface was easy to use and the stand was a lot better than the Sony I bought as it allowed for accommodation of an unmounted soundbar alot better. I guess the people who like this TV don’t find the weird whooshing motion annoying and think the colors are fine,
