Installers were very professional and knowledgeable. They were great to work with and took the time and patience to show how everything worked before they left. I would highly recommend this TV and the Best But installers.

Don't love the fact that it doesn't automatically select my cable box and we have to every time we turn the TV on.

Thank you for your review. You can use the TV's remote control to control external devices that are connected to the TV by an HDMI cable and that support Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC). If you’d like your externally connected devices to turn on/off when you turn your TV on/off, please make sure Anynet+ is enabled. To turn on Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC), go to: Settings > All Settings > Connection > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) = ON.

We had a different tv for the last 10 years & thought the picture was good but it started to not turn on once in a while, so we decided to get a new one. It was a great choice. We have a sound bar by Samsung. So they work perfect together!

We are a Samsung family and we don't buy anything except Samsung TV's!! The sharpness and color quality are superior to what we have ever purchased. My only complaint is the sound is not as strong as I would have thought for a television of this size. I would recommend buying a sound bar or some kind of external speakers.

Cool feature, when the tv is off and someone walks by it shows the time and temp and weather and headlines without turning it on, pretty awesome stuff!

We have realy enjoyed it and would purchase it again in the future. Well worth the money.
