Not happy with this TV I've really only purchased Samsung pretty much my whole life but this tv came messed up woth little squares going down the tv. So Samsung has lost me as a customer due to this being the 3rd tv that has a problem.

Not impressed. Was ya lines on screen, already called for service after one week of use. Forget the 8k, go for the 4K and Dave the money. I might end up returning it.

Bought the 75' and the 82" and the 85" and do not feel they are any better than the Sharps I replaced

I bought the 82" model. First TV died in 2 weeks. It would turn on, but screen was completely black. Bestbuy replaced the TV. But the second TV arrived with a bent frame, and the TV does not sit straight. Due to the bending, screen has weird reflections. Bestbuy is replacing it again. Hopefully the 3rd TV will be OK. Otherwise, I'm just returning it. Given all the problems, I would not recommend this TV.

This TV broke in 3 days. Picture just went blank. Tried everything and could not get it back. Must have been a serious problem. TV looks like it’s cheaply built. Returned for full refund. Will go with a different brand next time.

Purchased 3/7, scheduled installation for 3/26. Received several e-mails the night before telling me to schedule (reschedule?) with no explanation. Now scheduled for 4/11, 5 weeks after purchase. I hope this appointment is kept and not "rescheduled." Cannot review any of the products we bought unitl they get here.

Tv seems great at first. But I guess due to the size and amount of power it uses, after about 2 weeks the motherboard fried out. Save your money on this one.

This "Smart" TV is by far a massive let down. The TV itself looks great when it works right... but it has never worked for us.
Issues:
1) Netflix support does NOT work - your picture will strobe red-pink consistently. This is a manufacture problem shipped on all Q800 TV's.
2) ARC sound is robotic/choppy at times and we've isolated it back to the TV it self.
3) The TV overheats and shuts off or dims consistently after 5 minutes of use.
This $7K TV is the WORST TV I've ever bought. Not only do none of the features work, it sometimes shuts off after about 10 minutes of use and continually Dims after about 5 minutes of use. This TV is CRAP and I am returning it ASAP.
DO NOT BUY THIS TV. IT IS TERRIBLE.
