Its too big for my apartment, which is perfect. I love it. I had a smaller 8k tv before but i wanted to go bigger and i dont regret it at all.

Not a bad tv, just too dim. Also, it had terrible vertical banding. would not recommend. Returned it.

Tv is good but installation poor. Tv wasn’t hooked up to sound bar and the product booklet was not left . We believed his assistant threw it into the empty box and took it with them. No help from technician on how to remote also did not plug it up like the prior tv was when he removed it. I’ve had trouble getting the direct tv remote and the Samsung remote to work together.

The sales guys spent plenty of time with me going over the pros and cons of 3 different brands and allowing me time to watch similar programming in the store to compare picture/sound quality. This TV fit my needs for sports event programming and the set up/size of my viewing area. The sound is great and the new remote design makes it easier to navigate watching streaming. Set up was a breeze and took less than 3 minutes. VERY happy with this purchase.

It's a big tv with all the features we need, and the price was right. It doesn't have quite the wow factor of the LG G5, but it's also $2K less (when we bought it).

My TV was delivered directly into my living room, ready to be unboxed and hung on the wall. The hanging on the wall was a chore ,but it went well.
