This SSD was easy to install and is fast. It is a little bit on the expensive side, but this is a 100% Samsung product and I'm not sure other vendors can say that. I'm completely satisfied at this point.

I bought this SSD for my Toshiba Qosmio X875-Q7380, because it has the highest benchmark for its capacity. I read tons of articles on cloning vs. clean install of windows 8. I thought cloning with the Samsung migration software would be a snap, like so many people claimed on the net. Well, this being my first SSD. I was the typical noob, and could not get the cloning to work. I had to take it to a computer shop, and he put a clean version of windows 8 on the 840 Pro. He told me where I went wrong. Something with making a partition just for the boot record. Well, now this Toshiba boots up from a cold power up in 10 seconds, and a restart in 13 seconds. The programs loaded on the 840 Pro open up like they were just minimized on the taskbar. If this SSD is in stock on Bestbuy.com, BUY IT!!! You will not be disappointed.
