The tv itself is great picture. Terrible sound, and thats ok as we have a whole house system. But my major beef is that it will freeze and just restart for no reason. At least once a day.

When the box arrived and we were able to install it, the screen was busted. When I called to have it returned, it was outside of the return window and only option was to take it to them to repair for an extra cost. We can't take it to them because the store is over 2 hours away, and we paid extra to have it delivered. This was an almost $1000 purchase that is basically useless. Horrible customer Service. Will not order anything from them again and pay to have it delivered.

I have owned this TV for 120 days. Samsung Care is in my home now trying to find out why it has no picture. They have changed the entire panel, the power board, the display board, the OneConnect board, the OneConnect cable and numbers of ribbon cables. IF they ever get it to work, how long before one of the removed, flexed, reinstalled boards fail? They have been working on it for 2 days! I WANT A NEW ONE! I EVEN PAID EXTRA FOR BEST BUY PREMIUM COVERAGE!

When I purchased this TV, it was advertised as full array local dimming. I called Best Buy and the representative confirmed it was full array. That was the only reason I purchased this tv. This tv is definitely not full array. Trying to return it has been a nightmare. I will never make a purchase from Best Buy again due to their despicable customer service and difficulty. False advertising. Misled. Horrible customer service. No accountability. Terrible experience. Don’t buy from Best Buy. Best Buy is the worst buy!

TV Cutting Off And On

I bought this amazing TV in February 2025 for my birthday. The picture/resolution is absolutely out of this world. But in the beginning of Oct 2025 the TV started cutting off and on while watching TV. And at times while watching and APP's, the TV would pop back to the HOME screen.
I contacted Samsung on 0ct 13th they only communicated with me via texting had me troubleshoot and complete a COLD REBOOTING. The rep said, while the TV is on hold the power button until the TV turns off and back on. This should resolve the problem. Today is Nov 10th and the problem is happening again.
This time I called the Best Buy where I bought it in Springfield Pa and was happy to actually speak to someone. After being on the phone with the Best Buy rep he informed me that I would have to pay $69 plus tax or $109 plus tax or a bundle of $212 plus tax to have a tech come and diagnose the TV.I told the rep that I have a 2 year protection plan, why do I have to pay any money to a tech if I bought a protection plan for the TV?
He replied you're correct but it's past the install??? I was confused and said I paid roughly $949 dollars I just want my TV fixed or replaced. The rep replied No. I said excuse me, no what? And I never heard another word from the Best Buy rep and the phone call ended. I gave the rep my email address and my number at the beginning of the conversation. He never called me back, he never emailed me anything. I feel like I'm being taking advantage and I'm highly disappointed with the service. I just want my TV to work correctly. Can someone help me please??
