The matte screen is perfect for our TV room, which has a lot of windows, as it has no glare or reflection.

Geek Squad could not do the Frame TV install because the wall outlet was not recessed in the wall. I was sent a long prep checklist prior to install and this was never mention that the outlet needed to be recessed, although the tech said this is a common issue with Frame TV installs. So far this has been a terrible customer experience. See the notes on this case.
