This QLED TV has a truly great picture. Since this is Samsung, I know it will last a very long time.
I was skeptical of how an 85" TV would look in our living-room, next to our bay-window, but to my great satisfaction = the picture remains AMAZING at all angles.
The only down-side is that this TV model does not have as many plug in options as my previous Samsung TV. This one only has 4-HDMI ports and no RCA connection.
Overall I am extremely satisfied!

Good picture, speakers are nice and user interfaces is nice. Only complain is that every once in a blue moon screen freezes and goes black, only fix is to hold power button till it restarts. Other than that issue its a solid tv

If you google the TV model number on the internet it’s a known defect with those tv. I don’t understand why they would sell it. That defect wasnt as bad as the customer service I recieved when i returned it. i had to rent a uhaul van for this 85” tv. First i forgot the stands which was my fault but then a worker told me i had to take the TV with me because they didn’t want to be responsible if anything happens to it. I had her talked to the manager and told him I’ll be back in like 15min. I came with the stand and started the return with another worker. That was fine until the previous worker came up and said that they checked the tv and its fine and I was lying. I told her take out her phone and google it but she didnt and she insisted there’s nothing wrong with it. Why would i make it up. I could just return the tv under 30 days. So i was going to do an exchange but she got under my skin me so i just bought a sony 85” tv online. When i had bought the samsung tv i had bought a matching home entertainment system which was also a samsung. Its passed 30 days i threw the box away. So i cant return it to get a matching with a sony home entertainment system.

I had a RU (2018) somthing blew up inside so i got the 2024 QLED 60D. Compared to my ru the image quality was less wich is crazy since its 6 years newer( the colors where wat greater tho because of the QLED tech) so i changed it for a QN7F or q7f. And the image quality was better but i compared it before they took the qled 60d ( they picked it up next day after) and the qled 60d was anlot brighter. Less image quality but a lot brighter ( same settings) I thought this tv was supposed to be brighter Over all is still a good tv its better than the RU AND DU and better than rhe QLED 60 d but not as bright ( unless my tv didnt come as it’s supposed to)

We appreciate you sharing your review. Just to clarify, the Q7F and QN7F listed on Best Buy’s site were referring to the same Samsung QLED 4K TV – Q7F is the correct model name. The listing has already been updated to reflect this correction.
If the image appears too dark, we suggest disabling certain energy-saving features, which can automatically adjust brightness and affect how the screen looks.
Go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving, then turn off Brightness Optimization, Energy Saving Solution, Motion Lighting, and/or Contrast Enhancer.
You can also adjust the Picture Mode to better suit your environment: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode • Standard – Default mode for general viewing • Dynamic – Brighter and clearer, ideal for well-lit rooms • Movie – Best for dark room viewing • Eco – Energy-saving mode • Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content as intended by creators
You may also want to fine-tune a few Expert Settings like Brightness, Contrast, and Contrast Enhancer. To get there, press Home on your remote, then go to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. From here, you can adjust the Brightness level (0–50) to your liking.
We also recommend turning on Color Booster Pro under Expert Settings. It uses AI to enhance each scene with deeper color, richer detail, and more lifelike vibrancy in real time.
