I am happy with the Evo, which I used to update an older lenevo laptop. It works just fine, since I didn't have the windows OEM I went with Ubuntu and works great. The temperature of the ssd reached 49 c but never above it

Great Upgrade to Extend the Life of a Desktop PC

Using the software tools provided it was easy to clone the old drive. Windows 10 boots up and runs much faster. This will extend the life of my desktop for another couple of years. I would definitely recommend the Samsung EVO line of SSD drives.
