    The 500 G SSD replaced my worn out 1T hard drive. Since I was using approx. 225 G on my old hard drive, the 500 G SSD was more than enough for my needs and did not have to pay the high cost of a 1t SSD. It certainly makes a difference in "boot times". I'm getting spoiled.
