Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i used this to create a backup of the original M.2 ssd boot drive on a new pc .. using the free samsung backup software was easy and simple ,, and if i remember ,,took less than 10 minutes.. i now unplugged it ,, leaving it inside the desktop for future needs ,, and will create new backups as typical when you use the pc over time .. or if the original M.2 fails .. and when booting with this slower samsung ssd,, i perceive no difference in startup time and performance compare to the faster M.2 .. unless you are a nitpit-er and do performance testing to complain ...
