I originally ordered it with my Samsung Induction Range in Oct, 2023. The range arrived but not the backguard. I called BB: "It's unavailable", so I waited. Over a month passed; Ifinally cancelled the order. I've reordered it off & on ever since, to no avail! I'm done trying to get this! BB always said it'll arrive in the next week or two. Are they selling it out from under me after I've puchased it? Sure seems like it! I like BB, but they've really dropped the ball on this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
