I purchased from the Black Friday deals at Best Buy website. We were very excited about the TV. When we take it out of the box we noticed it was cracked in the right bottom corner so we called immediately to return. I’m glad we had the Best Buy total membership because they were very fast to make the return. We did not paid for the insurance due to the membership. I recommend to have this membership before buying at Best Buy otherwise you won’t have the option to get your money back. My husband called first and he didn’t know we had the membership and the costumer service was horrible putting him in back and forth communications between Samsung and Best Buy. After many attempts and frustration he told me what was going on and then I called to clarify we were members of total BB and until then we got the premium costumer service.

TV broke within 2 weeks and received terrible customer service from both BEST BUY and SAMSUNG.

Got TV installed after waiting two weeks and once it was installed on the wall, it was cracked and the cracked TV is still on the wall waiting for another three weeks for a new one to get installed horrible service

Excellent salesman helped us throughly, patiently, and professionally from choosing our 98" TV to having it scheduled for delivery. Minnesota mother nature dampered our delivery day with bad roads, so we waited an extra week but totally worth it! We were able to see where the delivery guys were at on the tracker. Delivery guys called ahead of time to update time of arrival. They were very careful with our tv bringing it rught into our living room and double checked that the box was not nicked or dented anywhere. Very kind, professional gentlemen. Our TV is excellent quality and we love watching our shows as if we are in a theater. Hopefully the picture I took comes through this review ok, because it really is a great view! We are, needless to say, very happy from start to finish! Thank you Best Buy team!!!

Great TV. It is a monster. Box it was delivered in was like the size of a car. Hung it in movie room and although it is fairly light for the size(114lbs) make sure you have a very sturdy wall bracket. I used the Beast wall bracket and needed to tighten everything still just because of the pure size. Picture is perfect and set up was very easy. Been waiting for this TV to get in my price range and it over delivers. Highly reccomend.

I love the picture quality as well as the ease of programming! Purchased this TV just in time for the NBA playoffs. It was awesome and everyone enjoyed the size and picture!

Amazing TV. When watching movies The black bars are oled black thanks to its direct lit technology. It had amazing colors and you dont spend a fortune considering other 98 inch TVs, I love this TV!

An amazing and stunning 98” TV, as wide and tall as it can be. Covered our entire wall and the picture quality (paired with Apple TV 4K) is crisp and bright. Had to ask our neighbor to help lift it up onto the wall since it’s pretty delicate for a 120-pound device. Even the unpacking routine is a well choreographed act (well explained in enclosed instructions), very stable box and legs that detach (by unclicking) at the moment of mounting.

Great TV, fits perfectly in our family room. Delivery was a breeze. If you decide to self-install on the wall make sure you have at least one, if not two, able bodied people to help you lift the tv up.

Picture quality is fine for our use. My only complaint (and admittedly this is somewhat nitpicky) is the remote does NOT illuminate... which makes it a bit of a challenge in a darkened movie watching setting.
