We absolutely love our new 98 inch TV. The picture is great quality. We had a fairly new 85 inch and our wall was so large we needed to get the new larger TV. Happy we did.

Absolutely insane how perfect everything is about this TV except getting it in the house

I recently purchased the Samsung 98-inch TV, and it has completely transformed my home entertainment experience. The sheer size of the screen creates a true cinematic atmosphere—watching movies and sports feels immersive, and even regular TV shows look spectacular. Picture quality is outstanding. The colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and the detail is crystal clear, even when upscaling lower-resolution content. The Neo QLED technology really makes a difference, especially in a large, well-lit room. I also appreciate how smooth the interface is; apps load quickly, and the remote is intuitive. Gaming on this TV is next-level, thanks to the fast refresh rate and minimal input lag. Sound quality is decent for such a big TV, but I paired it with a soundbar for an even better experience. The only downside is the size—make sure you have enough space and a strong wall if you’re mounting it! Delivery and setup were a bit challenging, but absolutely worth it for the picture and performance. Overall, I highly recommend the Samsung 98-inch TV if you want a premium home theater experience and have the space. It’s a big investment, but the quality and immersion are unmatched.

I love Samsung tv's. I am a little concerned about their privacy, but the picture is just remarkable. This tv is no exception. Big, clear, sharp, bright picture. I do recommend pairing with a sound bar to make the sound match the picture quality.

I bought early December.I love it! The color is great and I love the TV apps and the functionality of it. Moves pretty fast. No compliants. I love the remote on your phone.

Great Tv for the price a lot of new functions to learn, but once you understand the new functions, it becomes easier

The product is good but the service and delivery process, and keeping your customers updated on the delivery was very very disappointing. I could not get in contact with anybody for weeks to see where my delivery was. And customer representative didn’t not care about my purchase or when I might even receive my 98 inch tv. I also purchased white glove service and the delivery men just drop my tv inside the front door. So I will never purchase anything through your business again. They do not appreciate the fact that a customer can choose any place to purchase electronics. Best Buy needs to learn how to respect the customer better.

My T V was delivered timely, set up and provided instruction on operating my new equipment. Following installation, and set up your technitians packed up boxes & leftover material and removed it from my home.

Excellent tv, love it i play games and the resolution is amazing

So our 85" suffered an ill-fated power surge death, and we needed a replacement. Not 3rd world problems at all, but a living room TV is as close to a "need" as it gets in the 21st Century. :) This unit is an upgrade in terms of the overall picture, contrast, glare-control, and ease of use. The operating system is quick, very easy to connect to wi-fi, and loaded with every app that we need. This model was not the tip top of the line Samsung makes, but that doesn't mean you are sacrificing performance at all. If your space can accommodate, this is a great option.
