Customer Ratings & Reviews

Awesome product, great speeds, been using it for a couple years, no problems what so ever

Got this before the price hike and was very good price to gigabyte ratio. Zero problems in a ps5 pro and plenty of fast and reliable store. Easy to install also

Awesome ssd at a great price, came with easy instructions and i could install it in like 10 minutes whilst having very basic computer knowledge, its fast, has the necessary capacity and overall performs great.

Samsung has always been my SSD choice. The EVO line is the best price-to-performance value. 4TB was the sweet spot, mainly for the convenience of needing only one drive for your operating system and games. Easy install.

What a great upgrade at a great price. Using Acronis software to clone this drive was straightforward and simple and I replaced a 1T main drive in a matter of minutes. This is a great drive.

Great storage solution. If you can afford it get the highest storage possible. You wont regret it. The speed of this storage is incomparable to that of an HDD or SSD.

[Employee of bestbuy] Good, reliable, and fast drive. I use it in my gaming laptop and it hasnt hit the max read/write speeds yet and it keeps pretty cool.

This SSD is lightning fast and very reliable. I have had no issues at all.

Product comes as advertised and is easy to install. You'll notice the speeds of the storage most when transferring data to and from other nvme drives. Blows older style hard drives out of the water. The days of spinning hard drives is over!

Works well. I haven't had it for very long yet but so far it does what it says it does. Installing it was a bit scary since I am not used to working with the internals of my computers. But installation was fairly easy all things considered. Also, 4TB is a lot of storage. I don't think I am running out of room on my laptop for a long time after getting this.

Works exactly as advertised, easy to install, durable.

Works well. I'm using this as part of a Plex server, so raw performance doesn't really matter too much, but I did benchmark it and it's very fast as advertised.

Great memory drive and has sped up my computer and is very reliable. Good Price

Got this on sale at a great price. The performance is great and I love having the large storage size. If you want price to performance, this is it.

Samsung drive have a high reliability compared to others. I have experienced that for myself over the years owning samsung drives compared to others. I am giving this 5 star as well since it didn't give me any issues installing or working. Best buy reps were also subarb from both stores.

I’ve been using the Samsung 990 EVO PLUS 4TB for a while now, and it’s been solid. Speeds are fast for everyday use—boot times, file transfers, and game loading are noticeably quicker than with older drives. Setup was simple, and Samsung’s Magician software is helpful for monitoring the drive. It runs cool, even under load, though there’s no heatsink, so that’s something to consider if your system gets hot. It’s a bit more expensive than some other 4TB options, but you’re paying for Samsung’s reliability and support. Bottom line: Great all-around SSD if you want speed and lots of space, and don’t mind spending a little extra for brand trust.

I decided to upgrade to more SSD storage for my Mac Mini. I have the Samsung 990 EVO Plus 1T and it was very easy to install in my Mini enclosure. With the threats of the chip shortage, I want to be prepared and secure my files in 3 different places, making this place first internally, second is external, third encrypted cloud storage.

Games runlike never before and it holds so much have 75 games still got space dont even have a heat sink and temps stay abou 32c when doing nothing and hatd gaming 44c

Fast reliable and fits underneath my 5080 graphics card

Great drive! Fast and reliable. Have had a few Samsung drives none have failed so far!
