I have already had this SSD memory for two years in my Ps5 Slim and I have not had any disappointments. It works perfectly and the installation was really easy. The speed of this memory is even somewhat faster than the ps5 memory itself, so you will be more than set for the loading of your games.

Works for what I needed, will probably upgrade to the 2 tb sometime. Didn't come with the screw to lock it in place, like I was told it would, fortunately that was with the motherboard.

My PC is currently on a PCIe Gen 3.0 system as I wait to update to more updated hardware. The Samsung 990 Pro 1TB with Heatsink is currently getting a hair under 3.5GB/s Read Time - 2.5GB/s Write Time. This NVME SSD is a performer and will be twice as fast when I'm ready to upgrade and take full advantage of the 7.5GB/s Read - 7GB/s Write Times. Definitely want to install Samsung Magician software to manage this NVMe SSD! Fun Fact: I didn't think I'd care for the LED on this but you can change the color to match your PC Case Lighting! Pros: Great Quality and Fast Cons: No Cons

Let me tell you about this 990 Pro SSD - it's a total game-changer! I was building my gaming server for my network rack and realized my old Samsung 970 EVO, while it was pretty fast, just wasn't cutting it anymore for gaming. Load times were okay, but the 990 PRO? Woah! It shaved them in HALF! Seriously, games load up so ridiculously fast now, it's insane. JUST WOW is right - this thing is a beast! Cons - Waiting over 20 minutes for someone to open the glass cage just for a single item.

Never had a problem used Samsung magician to make sure the drivers are up to date and never had a defect problem already had for a year

Super simple to install - works great in my PS5! Getting the cover off the PS5 is the hardest part lol. Make sure to have small screw driver.

They sent me an empty box, and refused to refund my money or send a replacement product. They said it was my problem and they wouldn't resolve it. The customer service in the store simply pretended they didn't know that such a thing could happen and didn't know how to solve the problem. I will never buy anything from them again. The technical support team is useless and doesn't help at all, only asking generic questions. The service is terrible, I do not recommend it.

BestBuy sells counterfeit Samsung drives. Do not buy from BestBuy. Refused to refund purchase price due to "policy" CEO does not allow employees to make ethical decisions on their own. Despite Samsung Magician report verifying that the drive is a counterfeit drive. It's policy not to refund unless you buy a BestBuy buddy plan. This is a no buy from BestBuy. Samsung drives are great drives unless you purchase a counterfeit one sold by BestBuy.

Was easy to install and fit the ps5 memory expansion slot nicely . Its been working flawlessly since installing over a month ago . Very user friendly!
