It's a small unit that charges quickly, which is great. It doesn't take up a lot of space. But you have to put your phone on it just right in order for it to charge. It's easy to know if you did--the charging light is easy to see--but sometimes it takes a few seconds to adjust the phone so it will charge, even if you think you've placed it on there perfectly. It's a minor drawback, but worth noting, I think.

Best wireless charger I have owned. Just sit phone on it and relax. Very simple without all the bright lights from its predecessor. Does not overheat my phone and it will charge even with Otterbox Pro Defender case on phone.

The charger works well. Fast charging, easy to use (set the phone on it), and low profile. Additionally, since the plug in is identical to the one supplied with the phone it can be used as an extra or travel charger.

Compact and efficient. About the size of a coaster, easy to place phone for reliable charging. Works just as well with our Samsung Galaxy 10 and Apple iPhone XR.

I purchased this for my office to avoid the hassle of plugging and unplugging a charging cord. Very easy to use and a quick charge. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because I also have the version with a stand which I prefer over this one. For the price, this one works well!

I wanted to try this for a while and when Best Buy had it on sale for 1/2 off after black friday I decided ot give it a try. A lot of reviews appear to say it is finicky to place on the pad in the right spot. After about a 3 weeks of use every night I think I have set it on wrong three times including the first time. It was easy to tell it was not charging and to fix the palcement. It also works fine with my Otterbox defedner case. My wife has the same phone but has a small mirror on the back of her case and that does not work but it makes the phone about 1/8 inch thicker.

Was looking around online for a wireless charger before i purchased this at a best buy store. I went with this one for a few reasons. - Has a cooling fan. Most wireless chargers don't have any sort of cooling mechanism built into the device, but this one does. Huge plus to keep everything cool and protected from overheating. - Ability to charge my phone and Samsung Gear Sport. Main selling feature for me as i now only need to pack this to charge my devices. - Fast charge. This thing charges fast, and comes with the fast charge power brick. I'd probably prefer the black charger, but at the time the white was a bit cheaper. Doesn't bother me as much as i thought it would.

This was a gift with purchase that came with my Note 10 at Best Buy. It is a great little charger. I already had a Samsung wireless charger but this has some nice features. The round circle in the center is a nice guide for placing my Galaxy Watch in just the right spot to charge correctly. I also like that the light goes from red to green instead of blue to green when equipment is fully charged. The contrast in colors is much better in my opinion. This device also works for charging Galaxy Buds.

I got one of these charging pads because I was tired of wrestling with plugging in a cord every night before bed. Ok, so maybe not such a big deal for some people, but when I'm tired at the end of a long day I'm happier with even one less minor hassle. This charging pad is so easy to use - just plug the pad into an outlet, then set any wireless chargeable device on the pad & off it goes, charging away. Loved it so much I got 2 more to put elsewhere in the home. One extra boon - now friends don't have to ask if I have a compatible charging cord for their phones; Androids, iPhones, etc., they all recharge on the pad.

I bought this to more easily charge my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone. My phone case has a thin back, so the phone can be charged with the case on. I can't say whether it charges faster than the original charger, but it is more convenient. It can also charge my Samsung Galaxy watch, but only one device at a time. I have all 4 of my mobile device chargers on one surge protector, and I switch off the surge protector when I'm not charging any devices, to minimize wasted electricity. Note that your chargers are using electricity whenever they are plugged into a live outlet, regardless of whether you are charging a device.

This is a great charger. I've had no issues so far. It's small and takes up little space. For the price you cant beat it. I only paid $25 because of Best Buys price guarantee. I have a galaxy 9 note and at 10% battery remaining it takes about 2 1/2 hours to charge. This is plenty fast enough for me. I've seen other reviews complaining that it wasn't fast enough. Remember the faster it charges the faster it wears out the battery. I highly recommend this charger. I like it so much I bought 4 of them. 2 for me 1 for my brother and 1 for my sister. No complaints from them so far.

Since I bought wireless charging phones I've been waiting to get one. Always tried them in stores but never pulled the trigger until recently. Thus has been one of my best purchases for my cell phone and watch. They are both QI enabled and it charges them quickly. Not as fast as plugging in the usb-c but fast enough for me. One draw back is that if you don't put your device in the right spot it will not charge. Not a deal breaker but in the middle of the night if you bump it, it might not be charging so check the led to make sure. I would recommend this charger if you are tired, like me, of tripping over cables and ruining them just to go out and buy more.

Got this when my previous gen version that I used with my S7 wouldn't sufficiently charge my new S9+ with an Otterbox Defender case on it. This does the job well, even with the Otterbox Defender case on it. The only thing I don't like is that the phone lays flat. On the previous one, the phone was upright, so you could easily see from a distance if your notification LED's were blinking. Not enough of a big deal to take off a star for, though. Wouldn't be a big deal at all if I wasn't already used to the upright version.

I'm currently using a Note 9 as my primary phone and I needed an extra wireless charger so I decided to pick up this particular item. So far it's working as it should be plus it's made by Samsung so I'm not going to have compatibility issues with my Note 9. Lastly, I was able to take advantage of Best Buy's price-match policy and grabbed me this item for a little over $30.00. Overall, it works as advertised and if you're looking for a small wireless charger then I highly recommend giving this a try!

Bought this for my Galaxy S8 Plus. Awesome that I do not have to plug in to charge any more. Also works with my daughters S9.

I bought the wireless charger because I was told it's better on my battery. It's very easy to use and charges fast

I originally purchased this for my wife's phone, Galaxy 8. However, I now use this just as much, as it quickly charges my Galaxy 9+ and it is much easier to place my phone on the pad. We never have a problem getting enough time to charge both phones, because it is so fast. This model of wireless charger has a fan that decreases the heat in the charger that also makes it charge much more quickly and my phone does not get hot during the process.

This charger is good, not great. Easy to setup, uses the same cords you would for a standalone charger. It does take a bit of time to get a full charge, times can vary depending on what apps you may have running on in the background so keep this in mind when searching for the best. A charging cable directly to the phone works much faster at getting a charge but this products main focus seems to be on ease of use. Pros: Quick to assemble, charges at a decent rate, doesn't take up to much space. Cons: Price may seem a bit high, phone cases can sometimes make it difficult for the charging pad to recognize the phone.

Super fast charging! Compact, and sleek. I never use a plug in charger it's perfect for a night stand.

I'm very happy with this upgrade of the Samsung Wireless Charging Pad. The matte black finish is a nice and not as obtrusive as the glossy white. While charging there is no light glowing blue, which makes it perfect for my bedroom. Placement of my new S9+ on the charger is easy. Charging through my OtterBox Defender is no problem at all. I would recommend this charger to anyone who asked.
