Defaults to "eco wash" mode which close to doubles the wash time (not sure how that saves energy). The hand-wash bin takes some getting used to but it can snap to the lid. The hose you buy with it is VERY short, so get a longer one if your drain sink isn't immediately next to the back of the washer. Oh. It plays a little song when it's done.

I find myself drying some things such as comforters and towels for more than one cycle. Not sure if it's a sensor issue. If you're approximately 5'5" or shorter you may have a hard time getting everything out of the washer, it's pretty deep. The lid closed on my head when I was reaching into the washer to get clothes out. Be careful!!
