Not what I expected

First it was installed wrong ruining some dress pants because the hot and cold were reversed. We ended up swapping it out and now the softener is spotting on the clothes because it doesn't rinse out. Very disappointing

Don't Like at all

I do not like the sink in it, can't think of a reason I would need this, it is only good for hitting your head on it when trying to get the clothes out. My husband looked into taking it off and we can't find out how without breaking it off. I didn't realize it had it until delivered. I bought it only because I needed a black washer and there aren't many available. When you go to take the clothes out, they are knotted up together I think this because there is no agitator. if I had known then what I know now I wouldn't have made this purchase.
