I absolutely love my new washing machine. I initially wanted to go with a front loader but after reading the reviews I chose this model. It's quiet, it's quick and it does an excellent job. But most of all it doesn't have that rubber ring around it like the front loader I had that ended up needing to be cleaned each time I washed. From a kingsize comforter to a mini load for my baby's clothes, this machine handles it perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase.

We saw that Samsung had recalled the previous model of this washer, but we have not had a single problem. The washer is so quiet we have to double check to see if it is running. It holds so much laundry that we started washing doing laundry just once a week.

Have enjoyed all the new features, especially the top soaking for stains.my wash is almost dry which cuts back on drying time. I only wish I was taller since hard for me to reach into such deep tub. But I just use step stool. Otherwise very pleased.

It's like going from a queen to a king size bed you will never go back. Great washer cloths smell terrific. One issue I have had two times is the uneven load with bath floor mats. I even them out come out damp (old washer they weighted about 70lbs)

I purchased this washer after we relocated to a bigger home. Needless to say the washer fit right in. It's HUGE in size which is great for washing loads of clothes, towels, and bedding. It even sings a little tune so that you know when the washer is powered on and you know when the cycle is complete. The touchscreen functions make it very user friendly. There is even an additional portion to the top of the washer where you can scrub stains if needed and then add the items to the load. The guys delivered it and set everything up. Overall a great buy.

We purchased the Samsung top loading washer in September, 2016 to replace our 20 year old Kenmore washer. The washer has a large footprint and is quite heavy. It took me approximately an hour to set it up and complete the leveling/balancing process. Since my laundry room floor is sloped towards the floor drain, it was extremely important to ensure that the washer was level. The washer feet are made of rubber and are quite effective in damping the vibrations during the spin cycle. We have done several loads of laundry and are happy with the cleanliness of the clothes and efficiency of the washer. I gave four stars only because we have had the washer for a month and have not explored all the options.

I love this washing machine. I love the active wash which saves me from washing a whole load when you have kids or an outfit to quickly clean. It does take getting use to if you are transiting from an "old school" washer to an upgraded one like this one. I recommend reading the directions fully ( I didn't and called Geek Squad and was a tad embarrassed since nothing was wrong with the machine lol). One big difference if you upgrade to the new washers (including this one) is that the cycles run longer. But is saves and conserves so much water and energy. Well worth the purchase!!!

I had been skeptical due to previous reviews, however after doing some research I found that the new models no longer came with the issue that caused a recall. It washes all our clothes really well. Even my teenager remarked how much cleaner our clothes were! She actually enjoys doing her laundry now. We have had it almost a month and no issues. Definitely read the instructions if you are currently using a machine with an agitator. I think this is a main reason people have issues. These do have to be loaded a little different but it's not a big deal. The machine is really quiet and considering our laundry room is just a few feet from our bedroom this is great as I tend to throw a load in just before I go to bed. It has never woke me up!

Overall like this washer but have a few things I don't like about it....it's really deep, which is actually a good thing since it can take large loads, but I'm 5'5" and have to get on my tip toes to reach the bottom and pull out the wet clothes. Another thing I don't like is the sing song noise it makes when your wash is done. That drives me nuts. You can turn it off but I like to hear when the wash is done. Wish there was a plain buzz or something to chose from besides nothing or some song.

Good size, easily fits a king size comforter and has ample amount of settings for all purposes. The only negative is it occasionally stops during a cycle b/c it's off balance and the clothes/towels/sheets must be moved before it can rinse/spin.

Looks good, Controls are ergonomic. Huge Capacity. Quiet. Seems to do a good job so far, but I'm still getting used to it. It's still pretty new, but I don't have any complaints as of yet. I like it.

I would recommend if you want a sink for prewash, enough room for large comforter and loads, and want a quiet washer.

Great capacity, cleans clothes well, LOVE the hand-wash 'sink' feature. On the down side, it's difficult to reach the clothes in the bottom of the tub after the cycle has completed.

I love this machine. It is plenty big enough to hold a king-size comforter or bedspread but the right size for my small utility room. Many choices for washing modes, including Eco. Easy to operate.

Very nice washer. I like the large capacity and it actually get my clothes clean compared to my previous washer.

I love my Samsung washer, it's easy to work, looks nice and fits a lot in there. The only down fall is if you're short you need a step stool to reach all the way to unload, but no I still love it.

After going from a oldschool 3.5 cu. ft. top loader, to a front loader (ugh), to now, this washer...I love it! I can wash 3x as much laundry in one load and the clothes actually smell so clean. I love the self clean setting. The only thing I would change, sometimes if I'm emptying the load to the dryer and accidentally bump the lid with my head it falls down. So hold the lid with opposite hand while unloading. Other than that, best washer I've ever used!

This washer does it all, looks good, very quiet, love the pre.soak. The cycles Maybe take a little longer than they should, but happy so far!
