We selected this upgraded model over our recalled model. We really like the new function that additional water can now be added. We don't like that the unit is slightly taller and the tub is slightly deeper because it is hard to reach the bottom of the tub. We use stainless steel tongs with silicone tips to reach the very bottom to grab what we can't reach.

Love it. The water jet and built-in sink are very handy for pretreating clothes. The tub is very deep, so make sure you can reach to the bottom. I have to stand on my toes to get sox out.

This thing does a great job of scrubbing out the dirt. Big loads of towels or bedding no problem

This washer will handle even my largest (super king) comforter. The problem is reaching the bottom!

Read the reviews before the purchase. Wife and daughter only 5'2" was worried about they reaching the bottom of it but aside from a a single sock not a problem. Wife loves the sounds.

Compared brands and asked many friends. Decided to get a top load washer this time and have NOT been disappointed! LOVE the ActiveWash feature.

I love how large this dryer is. The light inside is useful too. I also like the detachable shelf for drying shoes! I also love how my dryer sings to me when it's done! Great dryer!

The only thing is paying attention to the Automatic Temperature Control. It will add hot water even when cold is selected. You must use the Tap Cold setting to get only cold water.

My favorite function on the Activewash is the washboard to pretreat clothes. I would like it if I had the option of selecting the water temperature for that function (currently the default is cold water.) Although water temperature control for pretreating clothes could be very useful, as hot water is desirable to remove stains, the wash-machine is great as it is: it has a washboard, high capacity, and may settings.

I am very pleased with this washer and love how quiet it is. The water saving feature scared me at first, but it really does get my clothes clean. Samsung makes a great product.

This washer has a huge capacity and you could wash 1load instead of 3. It cleans like a dream!

We've bought Sumsung Washer WA52J8700AP a month and a half ago. Great product as well as great service from Best Buy (Simsbury, CT). Not our first purchase from that store (Sumsung Fridge was among large items also bought there and, as quite satisfied with quality and service, we keep returning to that store). Washer performs quite well, uses enough water not to leave any detergent residue. All in all - great product.

I was worried about such an electronic machine. Heard nothing but horror stories! Absolutely love it though. So many great settings and advances in technology!

This is by far the nicest washer I have ever used. It's quiet and the capacity is amazing.

I actually have no use for the tub. My friend loves hers. She uses it all the time. Love the color. It cleans better than the front load washers. Unfortunatly I'm not impressed. Wish the finished load alarm music was much louder! I live in a single wide moble and not far from it and don't hear it half the time. Im told I'm too picky.

Went to Best Buy to get the lower grade model after talking with the sales associate he told me that they were out of stock everywhere. Decided I would call around to find the one that fit my budget. After finding out no one else carried it as well he helped me out and we upgraded without him ever forcing my hand. Product installed easily and is quiet and does it's job. Couldn't be happier.
