I just bought it in octorber. It work very well. Also, it is very quite. It has more space, so, you can wash a lot of clothes.

Great washing machine, will hold twice the amount of my old one. Also very easy to use even though there are many cycles.

I absolutely love my new washer, it does everything as promised and washes my clothes so well! It takes out all stains and washes very gently. Also, it's extremely quiet! I read some reviews where people were complaining about the fabric softener and the detergent coming out immediately when they closed the tray...this only happens if you fill up the compartments above the max line!

So happy to have this I can hardly stand it!!!! It's a great thing to have. Works so much better than the old one.

It's a big washer and can do a lot of clothes. So far we a pleased with it. It seems quiet and has a lot of features. The only issue is getting the detergent in the holder. We were used to pouring it in from the bottle but we need to use the little cup now but not a big deal. Just a small routine change.

I had an older washer and dryer that still works, but I decided to upgrade. I am very pleased with this washer. I do like the built-in sink very much. And I also appreciate the many different settings available and do use them. So I like that I'm not paying for "bells and whistles" that I only need every once in a while or not at all. And most importantly I am very pleased with how the washed items turn out and how well the water is removed during the spin cycle.

Bought this to replace similar washer with exploding feature. This is spacious so I can clean a lot in 1 load and it is no problem to wash larger items. Cleans a well. Very happy with it. As it is a top loader, easy to add items after starting load. Has a wide variety of wash cycles.

This washing machine was on sale for close to half of the MSRP, which was a major deciding factor in purchasing it. My wife and I researched it prior to purchasing it, and the built-in washboard sink and water jet were also features that made us lean toward purchasing this particular machine. After my daughter had an accident and spilled some oatmeal on her shirt and pants, the washboard was extremely useful in pre-treating it prior to washing. This was my first experience with an HE machine, so I didn't know it would take well over an hour to wash a load with an extra rinse. However, its large capacity can reduce my usual 2-3 loads to a single load, so it's not so bad. The tub is enormous and I have to stand on my tiptoes to reach the bottom of it to retrieve socks and other small items. I also ran across a "Ub" error code that at first looked like "U6" and it was difficult to find a solution for it. It turns out that if the load is unbalanced (hence, "Ub"), you will need to level out your load so that it's relatively flat rather than having a large, awkward lump off to the side. After learning this, I never had that issue again. Finally, the spin cycle dries the clothes rather well prior to throwing it into the dryer. I love this washing machine!

Very quiet, large capacity washer machine with multiple settings that suit your personal garment needs.

We purchased the Samsung washer and dryer set and couldn't be happier. The panel is super sleek and incredibly easy to use. Big drums make washing our bedding so easy. It is the quietest washer we've ever owned. The installation was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend this product.

This washer is pretty quiet. I also enjoy the self cleaning feature. If you are shorter, it will be difficult to reach the bottom because the sink sticks out. With that, you are buying a washer with a flip down sink. My wife uses a grabber claw/ the reacher to get everything on the bottom.

It runs incredibly quiet, and the settings are useful and easy to use. We're very happy with it.

I bought this washer after months of research. The reviews I read were spot on. Yes, the washer is huge. And yes, I have hit my head on the lid trying to reach in the washer. But, this is a small price to pay for a huge washer that holds about anything. Also, I am only 5 foot tall. I don't expect to be able to reach the bottom of a washer this large. All in all, we are very pleased with the purchase.

Great features, Cleans well, everything about it is positive except for the drum. It would be better if it's not too deep. Difficult to get the clothes especially to a vertically challenged person like me. Have to use a step stool to reach down. Maybe better if they made it wider but shallower instead of narrow & deep.

I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase. This machine works like a charm. The multitude of settings gives you the exact options you most frequently desire plus the option to customize and save your own settings. You get so much bang and more for your buck. Samsung is definitely out to take over all electronics and appliances and be the leading innovator in technology.

Samsung - Activewash 5.2 Cu. Ft. 15-cycle Steam Top-loading Washer - White is easy to install just like ordinary washer. We owned the previous model, WA50F9A6DSW/A2, which was recalled by Samsung so our existing hose, connectors, and power outlets are fully compatible with it. We are quite familiar with the functionalities and factory-default settings for washing but additional steam feature is a better add-on as well as the manual soak pre-wash. It is also bigger, .2 cu. ft. bigger, than our previous washer that gives more room for king size comforter. The only negative comment so far, since we haven't used it for more than 2 months, is depth of it. My wife stand 5'5" and she needs a stool to get all the clothes underneath it. Hopefully, this model does not have defect just like the previous one.
