Very quiet and the instruction is users friendly easy to follow

Had a Font loader and was never happy with how clean the clothes would be after a wash and how long the cycle would take to complete. I can easily see where this top loader washer cleans heavy stains so much better than my old front loader. Best washing machine I have ever had. Also, the size of the washer is amazing and the cycles are quick.

It is a all around good washer. My only complaint is that you can't open the washer in the middle of a cycle. There is a setting to add clothing but it must be selected prior to starting the load. Other than that it's great it cleaned better than front loaders and old agitator types.

Cleans better than my other washers and holds more clothers

Only had it for a couple of months but so far it has worked great. One great thing about it is that I am able to wash large comforters.

Very quiet. Very Large. Lots of features. Economic.

Stylish, yet functional. For me: works great, gentle on the clothes, and has many options like steam clean and the built-in sink that make this a great product. For my wife: It looks great, and the user-friendly controls means her husband can actually do the laundry too (Hmph, maybe I should have thought this through more).

This is a great washer with a few reservations 1) its noisy 2) its so deep that my wife has trouble getting all of the wet clothes out 3) the sink option blocks where you put the detergent in the machine. So you can't pour the soap directly from a large 96 oz container

This washer has numerous washing functions. It gets clothes very clean and fresh smelling. The inside is huge. If you are a shorter person you will have to get a step stool to get all the clothes out. I have owned this washer for about 5 weeks with no issues.

We almost went with a different set that was bigger and had more settings but after being convinced by a sales rep to save about $500 by buying this set, we see it was a great buy. It's more than big enough to fit any load and the settings and steam function makes it very convenient and easy to get clothes clean.

Good at cleaning and large for king sized comforter. Difficult to reach the bottom to get socks and such out. Probably ok if you're 5'7" or taller. Wish I would have gotten a front loader for this reason.

I really like this washing machine with the exclusion of how deep it is. I wish that the salesperson had pointed that out to me. But the young man who was helping me actually works in cell phones at Best Buy, so perhaps he didn't know. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't have gotten this one. I'm not short. I'm 5'8". It's still quite a reach for me to get all the clothes out of the machine. Due to family illness, I didn't wash clothes in it for quite some time. Now it's too late to return it to Best Buy. The performance of this washer is fabulous. It's just too deep.

Originally planned on a purchasing a front loading unit but quickly discovered the appeal of this Samsung washer. After some research and consideration we purchased the Samsung and have been very pleased with the results. Highly recommended!

this is a great washing machine. the fact that it has the built-in sink and water jet is awesome. It really comes in handy if you have little kids and/or babies. The washing machine is really quiet. you can hardly hear any noise.

We just received this washer and looks great. The only thing negative would be if your on the shorter side you will have a difficult time reaching into the bottom of the tank to get your clothes out, it's very deep. I'm taller and love it.

I love my new Samsung washing machine . The sink that's built in is amazing and comes in handy. It has a larger load capacity which is great for comforters and large blankets. This machine also has a sanitize / clean cycle and it works very well. I can't wait to get the matching dryer !

I love this washer. Its real deep, and I'm short, so I use a small stool to stand on to get my clothes out. My last washer I had to shove my king comforter in and hope it cleaned it. In this one, it's no problem. The only thing is we have all hit our head on the bottom of the "sink" when bending over the machine to get the items out.

We love Samsung washers and replaced our older one with this one after the recall. Only challenge is that it is deep so my not so tall wife needs help to remove those final socks from the bottom. May get here a small step stool for Christmas.

Both the washer and dryer are easy to operate and provide convenient shortcuts to ensure clothes are stain free and color vibrant. I also, would recommend the dryer, as it is nice to have a dryer that completely drys the entire load the first time around.

It's a pretty nice washer. We're an active family of four and it easily handles our washing needs. Very quiet. Easy to use. Very happy with the unit.
