Amazing amount of space in this washer. We haven't come close to filling it. Had no idea a washer could be this quiet. Don't know it's running and since we shut off the alerts, have to come look at it to see if it's done. Really like the automation of other settings once you make the first selection.

Holds a tremendous amount of close and has every cycle you can think of. Top load can be a little difficult to get items out or the bottom after a wash because it is so deep. My wife uses a step stool.

Really like the washer. Capacity is superior. King comforters are no problem. Cleans clothes nicely. Only one issue. Smart home feature if you look into it can open up your home network to hackers. Great idea but you will need to do some extra steps to ensure security. Those can be found online. They will allow for your secure information to remain secure on your phone, tablet or computer aka banking, bill pay, etc.

This washers capacity is awesome. Instead of having to do the four/five loads a weekend we were doing, it is now two to three. The washer is extremely quit which is also awesome. The amount of options on the types of wash you want are easier to navigate and understand.

We love the size and load capabilities of this Samsung washing Machine. It has helped us reduce laundry time for our large family in half. The quietness is an added bonus and sometimes we even have to go check and make sure we started the load!

I love the capacity and built in sink. All items come out perfectly clean and it is very quite. My only complaint is that the sink is built into the lid. When the lid is all the way up I tend to hit my head on the sink when reaching clothes out of the drum. If you even slightly touch it, the lid will fall down. About half way down it starts to slow itself. By then it has already hit me on the back of my head. It doesn't hurt but it is a nuisance nonetheless.

Overall this is an excellent washing machine. Each cycle we’ve used has performed as expected. Average wash time for a normal load is approx 45 min. Quick wash is effective and can be done in 30 while heavy duty takes about 1 hr 20 min. Tones are a bit quiet, but if you hook up the smart home features, you get the cycle complete and other notices in your smart phone/watch. The only issue, and as the title suggests it’s kind of silly and a double edged sword, is that the tub is HUGE. So you can wash a lot of stuff at a times, however if you are shorter, you’ll have a hard time reaching down to the bottom and getting stuff out. Obvious, simple fix, use a stool; being 6’2” this isn’t an issue for me or really even my wife (most of the time) as she is 5’7”. Overall great product and i would highly recommend.

Lots of features, including low energy mode. Energy Star too. This has a steam function as well. Very large size, but measures loads, so you can use it for small loads. Don't forget to calibrate the weight sensing.

Have been using for 4 months now and has been great. Tub is very large and easily handles a comforter. Easy to program and make modifications to setting. Pleasant audible notices when wash is complete.

We have been enjoying our new Samsung washing machine. It is very easy to operate and has a large capacity drum. There is little or no noise. We hardly know it is running.

Perfect for large loads and it’s so quiet. Our bed room is right next to the laundry room and I can never hear it running!

Awesome washer super quiet and easy to use. All the pre sets are easy and quick to understand. Right from the box to washing. Great product truly recommended product.

This washer has been great so far. I have had it for about a month and my only complaint is that it isn't great for short people. I struggle to reach all of my item's when I'm ready to take them out. Aside from that, the performance is great. I love that I can put my clothes in before I leave for work in the morning and set it to start right before I'm coming home. It gets the job done much faster than my last washer and well!

This washer is awesome. It is large enough to wash a complete king size comforter set. Is highly energy efficient. It has a small sink on top that you can use to pre-soak/treat stains or delicates. It is agitator free. It has many great features. It's self cleaning. Uses plastic rather than metal around all cleaning products dispensers which means no rust! It's extremely quiet. I love it!

Nice looking machine. Pretty quiet. Easy to work. I’ve had one error so far when washing bath mats. Not the quickest cycles. Does great with comforters.

I researched a lot of washers before choosing this one, and so far, so good. This washer does everything but put the clothes in the machine for me. There are a lot of setting for heavy duty, bedding, normal, light and delicates, and I have tried them all with great results. Do you want whiter whites, then you will love the Brighter Whites setting. There is a setting to save water, spin higher, and there is a pre-soak tub with its own button to add water. The tub in this machine is really big and deep. I can do 3 normal loads at one time. But, make sure you have a dryer that can handle the 3 loads as well. I didn't buy the dryer as I have one that still works, but, I might come back and order that as well. The only negative is the pre-soak tub. I am glad it is there, but I wish you could take it out when not needed as it makes the cover top heavy, which can fall on your head if you are not careful. Plus, it blocks me from being able to see inside the machine. Why have a see-through cover if you can't see through it!! . That said, I still love this washing machine. I gave it a 5, but would take points off for the unremovable pre-soak tub if I could.

I found this washer very easy to use with great options. It runs smoothly and makes very little noise. I am very happy with this selection.

We've only had our top loader for about 2 weeks but so far we really like it! Our clothes come out very clean, there are many cycles to choose from, and there is self cleaning cycle. Our clothes seem to be a tad more wet after the spin cycle than it did with our lop loader but that's ok. It's also a little louder than our previous front loader but it's not too bad. The washer is huge inside so you can wash a ton of clothes in 1 cycle. I would recommend reading the manual for guides on what cycles to use to wash ur clothes. I had never had a machine with a waterproof cycle but they recommend all waterproof clothes, jackets, etc only be washed on this cycle. I think the pros definitely outweigh the few cons.

So far I don't have any complaints about this washer other than it is not the most intuitive in its options. When you set a cycle, you can tweak some things but not others. This works great except for when there isn't a cycle to accommodate your specific laundry type & you have to hunt for a reasonable alternative. Also, this washer (as well as the dryer) is slightly noisier than we expected. Nothing too crazy, unless your laundry room shares a wall with your bedroom. Then you might not want to run laundry while you are sleeping. Cycle lengths are quite a bit longer than our previous machines but the reviews have all said to expect this. Additionally, we cannot turn off the Eco Plus feature in Normal washer mode either. Can someone please assist with advice on whether turning this off is an option?
