I was able to do two loads of laundry once. I actually had to use two laundry baskets to remove all the clothes from the dryer.

Never thought we would be so excited about a washing machine, but this thing does it all! Some of the main selling features for me were: built-in sink to pretreat and presoak clothes, steam wash cycle, and the drum design (large capacity, no agitator). After one week, we were hooked on the WiFi technology - you can receive alerts on your phone when a cycle is done - so if you're on the other side of the house or outside, you know when your clothes are all done. It's very convenient!

The pre-rinse feature is useless for us because we have a tub right next to it . We only bought it because of the size and we are very please with that. It can connect to your phone another plus. Only downside is that it is very deep. I am 5’8” and have to stretch to reach to the bottom to get clothes out.

I can do two loads in one! The huge drum allows for heavy loads that previously wouldn’t fit! Lots of washing options!

I love the size and capabilities of this washer. I’ve noticed it takes a bit of adjusting to know how much to put in to get it to stay balanced. Mine also keeps getting to the end of a cycle and lighting up “self clean” and I’m not sure why. It’s quiet, and I love that

I was a little afraid of the sophistication of the washer but is very easy to figure out I really enjoy it!

Overall, the Samsung washer is pretty good. It washes clothes well and does what it needs to. However, if you put something too heavy (like a comforter or heavy bedding), it unbalances. The sink part also sometimes doesn't stick and it falls down.

We are a family of 7 and that means lots and lots of loads of laundry. This washing machine is the best when it comes to capacity, and efficiency. I love it and would recommend to anyone who needs to get things done without a fuss. It looks great, and works great and very easy to use.

It has everything I was looking for. It's beautiful and wash so smooth and clean, it look smaller on the outside but is huge on the inside. I do my laundry so fast and easy. My family love it. Easy to use, so many features to choose from so your clothes comes out great.

We've had this washer for a few weeks now. While the cycles take a bit longer than they did with my (very) old former machine, the clothes come out clean, and not damaged in any way. The tub is VERY large - I'm always shocked at how much fits in there! And it is quiet. Good purchase.

I’m am so impressed with this washer. I haven’t tried most of the cycles, normal and delicate have been very effective for my needs so far. This thing is cavernous compared to the builder grade washer that was replaced. No doubt all bedding will fit with room to spare.

I love the quietness of this washer as well as the small sink inside to use for presoaking. I also love that it is large enough to wash a complete king sized comforter set.
