Made this purchase July 31st worked great, charges super fast. On August 21st it no longer works. Made it past the 15 day return policy. At this point I would expect to get more a month of charges for $30. Would not recommend matter of fact I believe it's time to move away from Samsung.

I brought in my LG phone and asked for a cord for it. The last cord I bought lasted a couple of months. The salesperson said this is the only cord they had for my phone other than the one I bought that broke right away. He assured me it would work with my phone. It always said "Charging slowly." It was horribly expensive and never worked right.

I'll be returning this charger to Best Buy & purchasing one from Walmart instead. This Samsung charger from Best Buy has a 4 ft cord & very thin. The Samsung charger from Walmart has a 5 ft cord & thicker.

My 1 star review is for the customer service. Due to the virus, employees refused to help me look up the charger I needed. After an hour of standing in line they ended up selling me the wrong one. I returned it and purchased from Amazon. Not sure why Best Buy is open if they are not delivering quality service and employees seem terrified. They were screaming at everyone like we were animals. I refuse to go back. I understand the world is upside down right now but there is a professional way to treat customers. Very disappointed.

The quality of Samsung charging cables have greatly deterioriated over the years. I still have the usable original cable to my first Samsung cell phone, while this is the 6th for my current, almost three-year-old phone. This cable's casing is a brittle plastic, likeky to split at critical points, exposing delicate, easily broken internal wires. Once exposed, that's another $35+ down the drain. It works, but as it will very soon need to be replaced, this is a totally frustrating and disappointing purchase! Giving up and looking into wireless charging next!

I was so excited to get this charger for my littles tablet. Upon opening the box, I discovered that the charger cord was obviously used because it was dirty. I took the plastic tab off to look at it thoroughly and the wires were exposed at the plug. I didn't bother seeing if it worked. Took it to my local best buy to exchange it for a NEW one and they were out of stock. Had to spend an additional $20 to get a fast charge Samsung charger that would charge his tablet. Terrible experience. I buy online to avoid the stores especially during the holidays.

I was ordering type c charger for Samsung phone which is what internet pictured and described. But received micro mini which I did not need. Dissapointed, and not worth effort or time to exchange as needed asap. So bought elsewhere. May need to be more specific in photo descriptions of product, as misleading for the price you charge and delivery time out..

I called best buy to purchase a charging device for my Samsung phone. Spoke with a representative on the phone who recommended this device and assured me it would work for my phone. I picked up the product via curbside pickup. Upon returning home I tried to plug it into my phone but it would not work. I am over 70 yrs old and do not want to risk going back to the store. I bought a new cellphone from my provider which fortunately came with a charger.

Sales person sold me the adapter with concept of cord being 6 ft long and the cord is only 3 ft long.

Gets hot and I have to unplug it because I think it's going to catch fire

I Looked this up on your site to make sure it would match my Android phone and it said yes, but when I got it it will not work the plug fits into the wall charger fine but it will not charge every time I think it probably charged 1 time since I had it but I couldn't return it I through out the bag it came in, so I am stuck.

Bought the Open Box item listed as "Excellent, Like New, Tested" for condition. Got it home and charger head does not work At All, so someone lied about testing it. Cord works but does not fast charge with my existing original Samsung head.

Best Buy employer helped me find a fast charger for my Samsung Galaxy smartphone. I love it. Charges my really fast.

Bought this as other Samsung Wall Chargers had been slowing down or dying over time. This one lasted only DAYS before it gave up. Zero charge to my phone.

Worked great for a while, but stopped working after a few months. For $35 I'd expect a charger to last for years.

I bought this charger to use with my daughters Samsung phone and tablet. It worked less than 2 weeks. Very disappointed since it’s specific for Samsung products

I have no idea how this works it did not fit my new Samsung phone. Now I'll have to return it to get one that fits. Not easy for the handicapped.

This turned out to be a cheap, knockoff of a real Samsung charger. Didn't work at all.
