I bought an "Open-Box Excellent" item, which was shipped very quickly to my house. Unfortunately, it was not packed very well, was missing a few screws for the stand, and had no remote. I returned it immediately to the local Best Buy since I could not do anything without the remote. The return process was very easy, hence the three stars. I subsequently bough the newer version of this item (LS43BM702UNXZA) by also ordering the "Open-Box Excellent" option, and that has gone much better.

Monitor is really good but pictures provided seemed to be able to have pbp but it isnt capable of doing that or at least at the moment. Hopefully there is an update in the future,

Yet another well-made product by Samsung. Only pitfall is the 60 refresh rate. But HDR might compensate for this. Movies and similar video look great. Sound quality great as well. Yet to try a video game.

This monitor is absolutely amazing, never had a monitor with a remote before which I love, and it the remote solar charges. I can airdrop to the monitor and watch things in the big screen. Super great value.

Overall I’d say this is a good value but not without downsides and I’m generally disappointed in the product received vs what I had read in reviews. There is noticeable distortion at the edges of the screen. This is least noticeable when viewing straight on from a distance of four feet or more. The color is also very washed out when viewed from any sort of angle. Even slightly off center and you will be able to notice that the picture is very much degraded. The UI is also slow at startup. It seems that it takes a few minutes for the internet features to sync and run at full speed. After a few minutes it is pretty snappy though. The Bluetooth connectivity is also pretty poor. A set of Bluetooth headphones will start breaking up at about 10’ away. This would not be so much of a problem if there were audio outputs, but unfortunately there are not.’ Finally although the Samsung website and tech support will tell you it has display port connectivity, it does not. Don’t trust them and don’t buy this monitor if you need them. In all this could be a great budget monitor if they would have added just a few more connectivity options and paid better attention to image quality. As it stands I think it would be a great option for something like a garage or workshop setup. As a daily driver desktop monitor, don’t make the same mistake I did. Look elsewhere.

Exactly what I was wanting. I have two 34" ultra-wide monitors that work fine but with those you actually are giving up workspace and the aspect ratio is 21:9 which actually becomes a waste because most things like YouTube and other media apps don't seem to scale. The Samsung 43" M7 has plenty of screen to fit a massive amount of open windows. The Apps built in are really a bonus for me, not the reason I bought it but maybe all monitors should have all these features. The picture quality is better than I expected considering the price, blacks are actually black not grey as far as I can tell. I wish it had another 100 nits of brightness but for the price it's fine.

Great addition to my workspace - the large screen and great picture make working easier. I liked it so much I also bought a 32" version of the same monitor.

It is nice and big and has excellent picture. But it being also a "smart" device is a real pain if you only want it to be just a regular large monitor. It is really maddening, especially for while computer starts up. Instead of showing what ever is usually shows on monitor while your computer wakes up, it shows its annoying blue screen saying it will turn off in two minutes if your computer does not wake up. For some reason it just does not show the sign in screen for windows, so I have to guess when it wakes up, them click and type my pin blindly. Then it starts showing the computer signal. do nto know what "bright" individual came up with the idea of this kind of feature. I found a setting for it to go in stand by after 60 minutes instead of two, and it at least gives my a chance to sign in the computer. I wish I could disable all features except to be a dumb monitor. The sound is ok, not great, but I didn't expect it to be great for the price. The picture is excellent.

I can fit more than 4 screens in one. Easy to use and very convenient.

The image quality is really nice but you need to have the space for it. I believe this is a good monitor for blueprints but not so good as a desktop monitor. I got lost trying to find the best way to organize the open windows. A bit confusing to use as only one working monitor. As a TV it is really nice. I would keep it if I was an architect, but as I am not, I will return and stay with the 32 inches.

Easy to set up. The image quality is great and it looks like the apple display.

Got this for husband for gaming. He really likes it.

I’m still learning the nuances of this new screen. But the images are amazing, and it has made many of my task so much easier now that I can blow up maps to a level that precision measuring is much easier. And now I can utilities multiple images on one screen to exiedite form filling and cross referencing research.

This monitor is being used for video/photo editing/ digital illustrations. So far it has been great. The colors are accurate that's helpful in my line of work. For me, it was really important to have a monitor that is 4k and also has great color since I use color in different ways than others who are watching tv.

Great for single-screen office setup - no complaints

Good monitor for the price with poor support from Samsung. The manual is scanty on how to apply the screws at the back. even if Samsung is too cheap to provide the right screws, they should have at least mentioned the required screw sizes in the manual. Headache in finding the right size of wall screws for this piece! Finding support on Samsung's website is like looking for a needle in a haystack!

Purchased this AM702 Series 43" Smart Tizen 4K UHD Monitor after kids cracked the screen on one of my LG 43UD79-B monitors. I didn't do much research, just noticed the lower price than the LG, as well as the picture which looks like 4 seperate viewing windows... This monitor does not have 4 seperate viewing windows. And side by side next to my 2 other LG's, there's no comparison to function and picture quality. Wish i would have paid a little more for another LG.
