This is the worst computer I ever bought even geek squad couldn't get it to work right.

Bought this computer for my boyfriend who always finds something wrong with everything. Well to my surprise, he's had nothing but good things to say. The set up was very easy. Every thing overall was user friendly.

The computer has a great display. Image is nice and the screen size is fantastic. The curve adds a nice touch.

Has been perfect since day one, love the screen size for viewing blueprints.

Love the large curved screen. Wireless keyboard and mouse are working just fine.

Did no research, needed a new computer, walked right in and bought the first one I saw. The Bose speakers are good too.

This was a disastrous product. It lasted 4 days and totally crashed.

Did not work out of the box. I was just lucky enough to get this one. Had to take back to store and they took care of me. Just one of the every day thing that happen to me

I really like this all-in-one computer. Windows 10 is a pain, and very slow to start up, but once it starts up all of my programs work well. I use MS Office, Quicken, Firefox, YouTube, and Photoshop. I don't play any games, so I don't know if it has enough power for that, but it plays YouTube movies without any problems. The curved screen is great, and I never want to have a flat screen again. It doesn't come with a DVD player, so I had to buy that separately just to add older softwear. My new truck also didn't come with a DVD player. The computer only has 4 USB ports, so if you need more then you'll also have to buy a an external hub and it also has an SD card reader, but it is in a strange place in the back close to the bottom.

I bought this all in one pc because i have always loved Samsung products..but just after three days of purchasing this pc it completely shut down in the middle of an important task. When i turned the pc back on it only showed a black screen. The other keys on the bottom were working and the light cursor was on, but the screen remained black. Besides this issue, the days i used it, it was super slow in downloading programs like office and webroot. It took forever to get my emails updated too. The screen and picture quality was very good and the elegance of the model is great, but looks are not enough. I have never been so disappointed at a Samsung product...guess PC's are not their forte...I will return it and get a Dell or HP instead. And next time, I will take time to read the reviews before I buy.

While this computer LOOKS nice, it is very slow in response time. With a very standard hard drive, windows 10 has a hard time managing files. Games run slow. Multitasking is difficult. I returned it and bought a configured Dell for less money and way more speed. Although I did purchase the Samsung monitor that mirrors this PC. That is a nice product. Do not buy this pc if looking for any kind of speed.

i purchased 2 of these computers and both HAD to be swapped out with new computers due to unknown failures internally. My first attempt to start 1 of the computers fresh out of the box was met with a cycle of reboots and system crashes. Factory resets only fixed the problem temporarily. They are slow, crash a lot, and don't play well with the Internet or Windows 8 and 10. Google Chrome doesn't work at all. Restarting is a headache and updating any system software sends the system into a downward spiral that seems to take forever to recover. Thank god the warranty allowed me to get a new system 1.5 months after purchase for both computers. Geek Squad couldn't fix the problems so new computers came home. Not a good purchase at all!

I went to Best Buy looking for an all-in-one PC that could multitask different programs. I was referred to this PC. After bringing it home, it is everything but what I asked for. Simply running a web browser and word seems incredibly difficult for this PC in which the system seems to freeze out. So I would not recommend this PC if your are planning on having more than 1 program open at a time. My five year old laptop out performs this newer pc in regards to multitasking.

After 2 months of minimal use, the computer constantly crashes. I installed only a few applications. I have had this computer troubleshot via Geek Squad three separate times and they cannot identify the issue.
