I was looking at the dyson vacuum but they were too expensive so i bought this instead and love it.

I purchased this about a month ago. So far it has been excellent. Similar suction to the Dyson I was replacing. It is quieter also. I would recommend this vacuum if its on sale. at $450 I would have to consider another Dyson.

Excellent versatile vacuum...easy to carry up stairs and vacuum throughout the whole house...

I bought thus at a great price on a ond day deal. Great suction power but a bit bulky for moving around hose and canister. Ned a bigger storage area

Using it for couple of weeks and its a very good vacuum. I am giving only 4 stars as I feel its bit heavy to carry around...

My entire downstairs is either wood floors or ceramic tile. With 3 cats and a dog, fur can be a real issue. This vacuum does a great job on getting the fur. I can also get under furniture and in tight corners. The only thing I don't like is the brush and crevice tool tend to slide back while being used. I like this vacuum so much, I bought one for my son.

Met all my expectations being a pricey appliance. I got this on sale and it true to its promise, it can clean my floors extremely well.

I enjoy using this vacuum. It is not very noisy, I like the electric cord coil feature, and the dust sensor is also a nice feature. The only drawback for me is that there is no way to store the accessories on the vacuum. I got this vacuum at the right price.

Good performance for that price. One of the best purchase I have ever made.

I'd give this vacuum 4 1/2 stars if I could but the issues I have with it are so minor that, without the 1/2 star option, it deserves all 5. This is a great little vacuum, very powerful, easy to maneuver and empty. I owned a Dyson for 4 years and had it in the repair shop 5 times. I finally tossed it in disgust. The Samsung is far superior to the overpriced, cheaply made Dyson. That Dyson ball made it impossible to get under the furniture, it was heavy and awkward and Dyson insisted I mail the vacuum to them when it broke in the box that it originally came in. Oh, really!!!! I'd need a second closet just to store the box. Oh well, back to Samsung. I live in the forested Rocky Mountains with 2 dogs and 2 cats that are in and out all day regardless of the weather. Needless to say, carpeting was not an option (although I do have several area rugs) and my house is 90% porcelin tile floors. I've never had a vacuum clean those floors as well as this one does. It also cleans my shag and plush area rugs and wood floors (without beating them up) beautifully. Not having that roller on the bottom means that my rugs aren't torn to pieces like they were with that vacuum I previously mentioned above. It gets around just fine and, while it may be heavy for some folks to carry the canister while doing stairs, let me say that I am a 62 year old woman who is very small in height and weight and I have no trouble at all. As far as having to store the optional attachments, I honestly don't see the issue. I use a cloth bag and hang it in the closet. Problem solved. The only cons I have are that you can't independently attach the crevice and brush tools to the telescoping pole which does not allow you to reach very high to get the cobwebs. I am also concerned about the construction that attaches the crevice tool. I'm sort of waiting for the day it will break off. Also, the remote control on the handle works on radio waves. Since I live where I do, there are no radio waves and the handle controls are useless. I hope they change that and make the handle controls so they operate electronically instead of by radio waves. Also, snapping and unsnapping the pole and other attachments can be a little difficult for someone with arthritis. I think they could design a little smoother system for that. Other than that, I highly recommend this vacuum. I've owned both Electrolux and Dyson and this is far superior to both.

The product is to heavy. Very difficult to move it around on carpet.

didn't want an upright, wanted a vac with great suction, small footprint, didn't take up much storage room. the carpet attachment head is powered by the suction, which seems powerful enough. just keep the carpet fibers cut off the roller, and everything works just fine. great retractable long cord, lightweight roll behind canister easy to clean. I got it on a deal of the day, for less than half price. love it.

My wife has long hair and we had issues with cheap vaccums for as long as we have been married. This one gets the job done however... :)

it's easy to move around. the cord rewind system is fast.

I'm very happy with this vacuum, I've done couple of hours of researching before purchasing this on black Friday most likely it was priced cheaper than the regular price.I like the power, quietness, extra heads, and the dirt sensor which tells you how dirty the floor is while vacuuming. 90% of my apartment is wood floor, it does a perfect job, I also have a rug which I usually do yoga on it, it vacuums the rug perfectly so I have peace of mind when I laydown on it.

Product was difficult to use so we returned it. We leaned we are not fans of canister style vacuum cleaners. We were very happy with the customer service provided by the York PA store with the return.

This is my first "nice vacum" purchase.. But i have no complaints! Its been a little over a year and im still in love with it! So easy to empty and get to filters.. I have no carpet at all in my home-works great with hard floors.

I very recently acquired this product and I've been very pleased with it since. It has very strong suction that works wonderfully on all floors/carpets and great mobility. I have a cat who sheds like crazy but this vacuum picked up the fur considerably. I especially like the lightness of the vacuum that made it easy to maneuver.

It is very powerful, it picks up more than our Dyson upright. It is amazingly quiet and it rolls very easily. It is an attractive piece of equipment and it's a Samsung! We own several Samsung items: phones, a refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove and 3 wireless printers and we love them all. They are far better performers and values than those of their competitiors!

This is the best vacuum I have had - great suction and very easy to use. Especially like the quiet mode and ease to take parts apart to vacuum small and tight spaces. I am buying this vacuum cleaner for my mom and aunts across the country!!
