Customers enjoy the 3D quality, comfort, and lightweight feel of the Battery-Operated 3D Glasses, also noting their reasonable price and compatibility with various TVs. The fit over glasses is another appreciated feature. However, customers have expressed concerns about the short battery life, and some wish the glasses were foldable for easier storage.

Let me say that these glasses do what they are supposed to do. They connect to your TV, mine being the Samsung JU7090 and you are able to watch 3D movies. The 3D worked great and they were able to connect in a matter of seconds. The reason for only 3 stars is that they feel CHEAP and battery life. The glasses you get at a theatre for 3d films to me feel better made. The plastic for the arms is very flimsy. I understand that these are only $19.99 but after wearing these I feel at least one pair should've been free with my TV and my TV is on the lower end of some 3D sets. Also, the battery life was not the greatest as I was getting a low battery signal after one 90 minute movie. The batteries are inexpensive but I don't want to waste money buying a bunch of them, especially if there are a minimum of two pairs watching a 3D movie or running out of batteries during a long movie. I ended up going with the Xpand Rechargeable 3D glasses and will be posting a review soon. Average but I would spend more and enjoy the 3D experience a lot more!

The Sony 4K's with 3D capacity require active 3D glasses. These are reasonably priced and comfortable even if you are wearing regular glasses underneath them. I was doubtful about how good a home 3D experience could be, but honestly, I'm now a complete convert.
Two things to remember:
1) Be nice to the plastic arms
2) Don't forget to turn them off after the movie is done. The batteries are not that expensive, but if you leave them on, you will get one movie out of them instead of 5 - 7.

I bought the Samsung 4k 3D tv and unfortunately it comes only with 1 pair of 3D glasses . Upon researching the web on different brands and types of 3D glasses i have come to conclusion that these are the best value for the price. Don't be discouraged by life time of the battery that comes in the original package, i bought 4 pairs of glasses and almost all of them died after about 30 min of use with the original battery. Very simple to use, and provide quality 3D experience.

4 pairs of 3D glasses were included with my new Samsung 3D TV, but I needed another pair. At this price, it's hardly worth thinking about if you need another pair. Just get 'em. Works great right out of the box, and sync'd with my TV in seconds (on older pairs, make sure your batteries are fresh so the glasses sync easily). They're comfortable and light so you hardly notice you're wearing them after a while. 3D has come a long way in the last 5 or 10 years... looks great!

After reading reviews here and looking for a pair of reasonably-priced 3D glasses for my Sony KDL-50W800C TV, I bought this pair. It came nicely packed flat, with an extra battery for when the first one runs out.
They were compatible and I was able to get them working, although it was not straightforward, which was expected. The instructions are specific to Samsung TV's and I didn't expect a Sony TV to show any status for them on the screen. The biggest challenge was finding 3D content online that I could play on my TV. I was able to find some MPEG-TS encoded samples, put them on a USB stick, and then play it on the TV to test out the glasses.
I didn't like that they don't quite give enough coverage, and during the day, I could see light and flickering from the corner of my eye from the area not covered by the lenses. However, because of lack of any good content to use these with, I was unable to test them thoroughly, and I ended-up returning them.
If you have a 3D Blu Ray player or 3D movies from HBO On Demand via cable, you might be able to enjoy them, and it sure beats spending more than double on the Sony model glasses.

Like these glasses, they work well for our 3D projector (Epson). They are a little big for my four-year-old. Also, after experiencing some battery-life issues I read online that people recommended to remove the battery between uses to preserve it. Have done that and will see if it helps. Overall good glasses for the price.

I bought these glasses to do a bit of light 3D gaming on my EPSON 2030 Projector that I got at Best Buy during Black Friday. The glasses were instantly recognized by the projector once I turned both items on. Playing Batman: Arkham Asylum or watching GRAVITY in 3D has never been better. They also are very comfortable and lighter than the theatre ones. Definitely recommend this product to all RF 3D TV owners. :)

I would've gave this product a 5 star rating because the viewing experience is awesome and to my opinion, the 3D is better than the theatre. BUT, it does require a battery for operation and the battery suppose to last around 70 hrs. But i had to change them out after only viewing for 10 hrs.

Hear Samsung 3D Glasses provide an awesome experience. They easily pair with my Samsung 3D TV and feel very comfortable. He only drawback is that the battery drains so quickly; make sure you have back up batteries when watching a long 3D movie or show(s).

I purchased these glasses to add to some that I already had. They are very comfortable to wear and provide excellent 3D viewing. These will fit a wide variety of viewers from children to adults. My only suggestion would be that Best Buy sell batteries in bulk, to supply their 3D customers with an economical source for batteries for those of us who have multiple sets of glasses.

I bought an extra 2 3D Glasses for my Samsung 3D TV recently and they work as advertised. They are comfortable to wear and do their job quite well. The only downside is that I find the batteries in these drain fairly quickly and they are not cheap or easy to find.

The fit of these glasses is fine and they work great. The movies we watch are perfect. It came with two batteries and I could not figure out why - at first. It seems to eat batteries quickly. If I buy another pair, I will look into the rechargeable glasses.

The glasses provide great 3d picture quality and are easy to pair. They blow through batteries though and they are not as common to replace as I had hoped. Also they don't fold up but work well over prescription glasses. All in all you can't beat the price.

These glasses are clear and sharp. The 3d picture is great. They fit well over my glasses. However the on/off button and the on/off light is small and you have to make sure it is turned off or the battery goes dead. Good thing they come with an extra battery.

It comes with two batteries, which one was dead right out of the box. Be warned Best Buy does NOT carry the batteries for this product. You will need to buy them online if you don't have a battery store near you. The glasses themselves worked flawlessly though. They immediately connected and we were all watching a movie within 5 minutes.

Glasses work fine, great 3D, but they came with almost dead batteries. Were. Way down in the red the first use. Battery life is really bad. Need them for my TV though, so will keep buying batteries I guess, because the 3D is really good.

These glasses seem to be a little flimsy but they've held up to the limited use we've put them through to this point. Not sure how long the battery will last but was pleasantly surprised to find a spare included in each box. The 3D pictures viewed through them were very clear and the 3D effect was supported extremely well.

Purchased these 3D glasses as an additional pair to go with my Samsung 4K 3D television. Price isn't bad - my only complaint is that if you're buying a $3000 tv, you would think they could throw in more than one pair of glasses.. I guess it's a testament to the overall unpopularity of 3D in today's market. Recommend.
