    I sadly ended up having to return this item after a very difficult set of phone calls with Samsungs customer service. I purchased this to go with my 4K TV I recently purchased. Upon installation I had a lot of difficulties such as software updating couldn't be done without a thumb drive which I didn't have at the time. Another problem was there was no sound being sent from the player to the TV. I spent a week with technical support and continued to be transfered from one person to the next having to repeat all the information and purposely felt like I was being screwed around. The only thing they could do was tell me I had to unplug both the TV and the player to reboot everything. I'm not going to go play with the back cabinet every time I wanna watch a movie and do a soft boot. Are you kidding me? Sadly, even after exchanging this for the hot SONY model that's out, I'm still encountering the same problem.

    I have had two Lenova Computers in 2 months and both had problems that could not be fixed by Geek Squad and they worked hard to help me. I have returned both and will wait a few months until they get the bugs out of this brand. I am not sure if it was a fluke or they need more testing before sales
