Was always buffering and dropping wifi connection. Failed network adapter. Replaced it with Sony - BDPS6500 – Streaming 4K Upscaling 3D Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player - Black. A much better product at a better price, too. Easy return process. Thanks Best Buy!

after 3 weeks of frustration with this Samsung Blue Ray failing w/ basic play function (previews + ads played, but to play movie was impossible); bought a Sony and much happier with it just wish I could return it -but Best Buy has only 15 day money back refund

Remote buttons are tiny, though they do light up can still be difficult to see. Can't remove preloaded apps I don't want our use. Menu is crowded attempting to put everything on the screen at once. Wish it had a second USB on the back.

Installed easily. Went through all the steps to connect to wifi and sign into various apps and services. The very next time I turned ito n the wifi wouldn't work. Will not even show there is a network to use. Have to hard wire it.

I purchased this Bluray player to match the Samsung UHD 65 series but the outcome is far less than my expectations. Not really ultra HD as claimed. I wanted to return the product but it is past 14 days already.

It a good full of features player. However I highly recommend extending the warranty. .As my last one quit after the warranty. I really liked having all the features of it. So I'm giving it another try.

Within two months it simply stopped working; couldn't get it to power up. Returned it for a new one. Like the product, just hope the first one had a glitch.

Open box item came with no remote. Trying to get the matter resolved simply impossible. Dealing with customer service was the most horrifying experience ever !!! Will no longer be shopping with Best Buy ever

Once you get the disk in the player it plays great and that's where the fun ends. The buttons on the player to access the tray for example, should be back lit. This is not a player you put 'in' a shelf. You need to put this where direct light hits the buttons on it or you're flying blind. The remote is less than impressive, backlit is great but should light up as soon as you touch it. I shouldn't have to fumble around in the dark to find the right button just to light up the keys.

It has been back to the Geek Squad twice! 10 days in a row. Now just took it back to the Geek squad. They will not exchange it for another one. I'm very dissatisfied. Worst customer service. Talked to Baily the geek squad supervisor. Never will buy a computer from Best Buy again!

Purchased this to replace my old blue ray player. It's wifi and 4K which makes it best in it's class. By far it's the best blue ray player that Best Buy offers. The price for the product is also very reasonable. Would highly recommend this to anyone who has a 3D/4K tv

The first couple of movies that I watched with the player were good, now every time I watch a movie it freezes around 30 minutes into it, usually plays the movie after I restart the player without freezing again. This has happened at least a dozen times now. Not the kind of paper weight I was looking for.

Don't quite particularly like this player since it does not have a light to indicate if it's on or off.

Would not play movies. Only good thing about it was best buy exchanged it for a Sony with no headaches

It's good but it does not play all blue rays do I was expecting a much better 4K display

I can tell there is a slight change in the picture while using the device.

I have watched maybe 5 movies, and 3 just stopped playing then started up again. I am going to check and see if my 30 days for return are up. If not I'll give it to the kids.
