Great player and I got it for an excellent Black Friday price online.

Very compact takes up little space, simple to setup and easy to use.

Took two tries. First one had issues. Best Buy eventually replaced. Had no trouble since. Easy to use.

Excellent for my older movies and my new 3D, great quality.

Replaced a constantly freezing Sony. Sony blamed Comcast and, for a while, Netflix. Later denied Netflix was a problem. With the Samsung, no problem and nothing else changed with Comcast or Netflix. It is Samsung for me from now on!

I have had this for about 6 months. The picture quality and remote work well. The main unit has buttons on it that rarely work as desired. The delay is awful between pushing the buttons and having them work. For example the eject button. To make things worse sometimes the buttons don't work at all and I have to use the remote to eject the disk. Also, there are banner interruptions and other interruptions when using the device. It is annoying to be watching a movie and then have something interrupt you on the screen from Samsung. :-(

This particular blu-ray player has numerous options including an optical digital audio port which I connect to an AV receiver for enhanced sound.

This Product is user friendly. The 3D and 2D reproduction is very vivd. It is also light weight and compact. Buy this with confidence.

I love this blu-ray player. It goes great with my 65 inch curved tv. Blu-rays look amazing and so do dvd's. Its a must have trust me.

Fast loading and disc ejection, reads discs quickly. Upscaler is very good as well when viewing on 4k tv.

Apparently I got a dud. It wouldn't play certain standard or blu-ray DVDs (for no apparent reason; same DVDs work on my other players). Sometimes the player would turn on but nothing would happen... the screen would stay black. Other times the home screen would come up but freeze. Before returning it, I had it for 2 wks & during the time it just seem to be having more & more problems. Disappointing b/c I bought it partly due to the lack of negative reviews. I would keep your receipt if you choose this player, and really try out all of the smart features and a bunch of your DVDs to make sure they work with it. (When it actually worked, I had no complaints - picture was great, easy to set-up, nice features, decent remote, held wifi connection -- but can't rate a product high when it doesn't work properly)

works perfectly with my Samsung 65" 4K flat panel TV. Wish it had another HDMI connection but otherwise can't complain.

This player was purchased for use with a Sharp Aquos TV, and was intended to replace a BD-P4600 which was purchased several years ago, and never actually played DVDs, though it did play Blu-Ray well. The new one is probably the same story, but is worthless to me, as most of my library consists of DVDs, many out of print (Babylon 5, for example). This unit installs easily and integrates with the TV well. But the DVD menus don't work well, making it difficult to do anything other than the default action at each menu level. This was apparent with the Red Dwarf Series 1 disc I used to test. I can "play all" episodes, but being able to select a single episode, and the other top menu functions, don't work. I played the same disc a couple of minutes later on the Sony Blu-Ray player that is connected to my big TV in the primary viewing room, and the menus worked fine. I'll be returning this when the store opens this morning. I learnt from the P4600 not to expect Samsung to ever correct it, and this will be my last Samsung purchase.

All you can ask for. I like the backlight on the remote, comes in handy. I had a Sony which of course the button did not light up. You can turn the light on or off if you want. Quality of the blu-ray movies are fantastic. Easy to setup and connect wireless

What sold me originally was that this has the display in the front. However when I started to set it up, I needed two cables that I didn't have. The player didn't work with the cords/cables I had with my other one. Wasn't worth the cost to buy the new ones so I returned the player. I was looking forward to it though. If I didn't have that issue I think it would have been great.

This plays our Blu-ray and 3D videos great. We haven't had any problems yet.

This is my second one. First one so good bought a second one!!
