We bought this to complement a 55" 4K Samsung Smart TV. The pair work perfectly together giving us Smart capabilities on both ends. Similar look and feel to the menu systems make it easier for my non-techie wife to feel comfortable navigating the entire system. With Samsung 32" 4K sets in the office and bedroom she is comfortable with each set making watching TV, Movies or our own media easy.

This blue ray player had a super price and was very easy to set up. Works great!

Just an easy setup, easy to use. It has plenty of features for alot of needs.

Nice features, great picture and like the small footprint. However if you have older equipment that does not have HDMI inputs then you're out of luck as there is only one HDMI output and no other component outputs or jacks (except for optical output). Not everyone has replaced all of their AV legacy equipment, but If all you need is one HDMI connection then this is a great unit.

This blu-Ray has so many great features for the value. Easy to set-up and to use.

Got off to a rough start with this one. Player would not play movies of any format (DVD, BD, 3DBD) but a call to the 800 number took care of the issue in a short amount of time. Had to do a reset, which CSR walked me through and all has worked great ever since. Still holding my breath as I've only had it hooked up for a little over a week. Love how it works, the quality of the video and sound...absolutely no complaints since the initial issue, and it really does appear to be resolved.

I purchased this Samsung BluRay because I have a Samsung Smart TV and soundbar and thought the products would integrate better. I'm right about that. The player was recognized and I didn't have to open up and read directions to use it. I had a regular player and haven' had time to get a bluray DVD yet to see how good it is but the regular CDs play very well and without issue.

My Samsung UHD TV upscales the picture anyway so I thought this might be redundant. I was wrong. The two devices work very well in concert, not doubling the resolution but complimenting it. The result is a clear bold picture on blu ray discs and a much improved resolution on standard DVD's. The Internet connection features are redundant because they already exist on the TV.

I had just purchased a 4k television and needed a bluray player. As I was looking a best buy associate ask me if I needed help. He explained the various options and recommend this Samsung. It works great and very easy to use. Definitely a 5 star.

Unit was easy to set up. Remote is easy to use and the picture is great.

This player works very well. The only issue is that it is a bit difficult to find the eject button unless you have a very well lit area. We just open it with the remote and that way we do not have to search. You can usually just swipe your finger in the general area though and it will come on. It is small and so it fits nicely without taking up too much space also.
