Easy to install and operate. Only issue I had is that some of the software was.outdated, including Netflix and Pandora. Had to spend quite a bit of time updating software to current versions. Maybe my unit simply sat on the shelf too.long. otherwise, I'm satisfied.

I purchased this Samsung Blu-Ray player with a Samsung 4K UHDTV. I'd been pleased with the picture and sound quality and the Wi-Fi connectivity.. I haven't watched any DVDs so I can't comment on the upscaling performance. I expect the same high reliability as I've had from other Samsung products. Time will tell.

This was an almost spur-of-the-moment purchase for me, but I'm super glad I did it! I have been using my PlayStation as a Blu-ray player for a long time, and finally decided to get a player that was dedicated. The functionality of the smart features is flawless, and it easily links to Amazon and Netflix for streaming.

Recently, I bought my first Blu-Ray player for the purpose of future-proofing my bedroom for the foreseeable future, and after setting it up the first time, we had to replace it. But I give the product five stars for a good reason. Let me explain. At first I opened the box, and there was a rattle, though as oblivious as we were, we set it up, and it wouldn't allow you to put in a disc, because the mechanism in the tray was broken. Cursing ourselves, we took it back to replace it. Once we got there, Best Buy was very courteous, and after further review, we discovered that it was not the product that was at fault, but rather it's delivery, since as we know some shippers tend to treat packages like Frisbees during the holidays. It's too bad that there's not enough Styrofoam in the world to fix that. We got the identical replacement soon afterwards, and we've never been happier. Since I have a Smart TV from the same company, they work especially well together, since it uses the same tech. Thank you Best Buy, and thank you Samsung for making such a great product!

I got this player because I just bought a new smart 3D TV and wanted to be able to play any new 3D movies I purchase. It was easy to set up and connect to my smart TV and internet. The set up was simple and I did not have any issues at all with this player. It works great and does just what it advertises!

Great blu-ray player at a low price. Wifi capaiblity is great for streaming apps such as Netflix and Hulu. Screen Mirroring is a great feature as well. Must buy.

I didn't know what to expect from this player, I have been thoroughly enjoying this player since the purchase. You can stop a video in the middle of a movie, turn the unit off and it will remember where you were in the movie the next time you turn it on. Powers up quick and is easy to get running.

Very well built disk player, smooth opperation, easy connections and very intuitive. Picture quality is exceptional, setup is a breeze. I am using this with a Control4 system and I am an integrator so I was able to build the pllayer into the project myself. 1 RU in height. Aside from the ease of navigation, most importantly is the number of apps you can get and the addiion of PLEX in this player. I can now take full advantage of my entire movie library I have on my server without the need for a Blu-ray disc. One thing you will want to know. The IR receiver is not where the manual says it is, it is on the left side of the USB input on the front of the player.

It's difficult to imagine the best Blu-ray player at the store being so reasonable, and so wonderful! Easy to use, right out of the box. Replaced an older Samsung (very similar, but 5+ years old that had worn out), and very impressed with the ease of use, sleek, slim design, etc. HIGHLY recommend!

Easy to connect, set-up, and use. Great quality and features for the money!

I bought a Roku 2 but took it back because the interface was rather slow and the download speeds to make changes was even slower. I bought this to upgrade my old blu-ray player but saw it also had a lot of streaming apps available. It has hundreds of streaming apps and the interface is better that the Roku units. It is a great Blu-ray player and has all the features I wanted as a streaming device. Netflix, Amazon, Pandora, etc... with an easy to use interface.

The picture quality is awesome , I particularly like the ease of set up.

I have yet to use the 4K capabilities of this bluray player because I have yet to get a 4K TV to test it. The smart bluray player does work great and streaming movies works flawlessly without any buffering issues. Can't wait to get a 4K TV to use the full 4K capabilities of this bluray player.

Up scaling to 4K is spectacular. Especially from blu ray discs. Quick start up. Remote has everything on it. Only drawback is top mounted manual controls. Hard to see them in a TV cabinet.

I had a JVC player with HDM1 and waited a long time to upgrade to a Blue ray player. I got a Samsung to go with the new Samsung television. The difference in picture is simply incredible

This 4K upstreaming Blu-ray player loads blu-rays fast and does an excellent job of upstreaming in near 4K picture & sound. Picture & sound is great, however unit has a software or firmware issue when streaming music videos over the wireless Internet. Streaming videos "skip" once or twice a minute. My SAMSUNG SMART TV does not have this issue when streaming internet videos.

This is my first 3D Blu-Ray. The player runs well and the picture is great. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 stars as it was difficult for me to get it set up to work with my new 3D television - I'm not sure if it was the television or the blu-ray player, or a combination of the two, that made it difficult for me to complete the initial setup and get the system running.

A new ultra high def television required a new Blu-ray player that could upgrade existing discs to the new standard. While there will still be a new player coming out, this one, and its 3D feature as well, is perfect for my use.

Very happy with product. Picture is great and it's very easy to use.
