I like the dvd player for its size. Plays well, but when I tried to hook it up to my receiver with a digital cable it did not work. It does not have the option to use the yellow, white, and red cable. I plan on purchasing the next 4K, 3D UHD blu-ray player.

The player performs very well all around, but the upscaling to 4K seems exceptional. Easy to use except for the remote which seems to have a confusing layout of buttons. The fast forward buttons are poorly place and the subtitle function is not intuitive.

Blue Ray with the Ultra HD TV is just too awesome. Watched old Star Wars episodes and was seriously awestruck.

Easy to program. Streaming is very good through the Blu-Ray DVD. Very good quality of picture either with DVD or streaming I recommend this DVD.

I am a lover of Samsung's overall design and useability ethos. This unit doesn't disappoint - easy to set up, works well and has lots of features.

I am very happy with the picture the player produces. However, the remote is somewhat confusing and, in one case, the manual is misleading. There are 45 buttons and it is hard to read the labels and very easy to press a wrong one in a dimly lit room.

This product appears to be a solid choice if you are looking for a 3D Blu-ray Player with Wifi. Product has met expectations so far and performs well compared to an older Samsung Blu-ray player it replaced that skipped or froze on some of the same discs. Overall positive experiment, one negative is the manual controls take some getting used to as they are located on top right front of player rather than on front panel of unit so if it is on a shelf in entertainment system it is hard to see where power and eject/load buttons are when you need to use these on the unit.

Tv has great picture quality and the apps are easy to use. Colors are not too exaggerated like other tvs, which I liked. The only thing is that the 3D view may have some tracers when watching some movies and may have to be tweeked to get better quality.

This is my first blu-ray and I love the ease of use. It is very convenient, connects easily to my wiFi and I can use it to get to Netflix, watch movies and TV shows and also browse the internet.

I purchased this bluray player for the 4K upscaling it was said to have. It does upscale bluray movies to a higher definition but the refresh rate between the TV and player is a little slow. I watched HD movies using my Apple TV vs this bluray player. In all comparison movies, the Apple TV proved to be the superior product. I would definitely recommend this to a customer who likes to use smart TV options on a non-smart TV

4k up scaling, built-in wireless internet, 3D, tons of built-in access to streaming web content. My new Samsung 4K TV with the smart hub quickly recognized the unit once I connected it.

if you have a 4k tv and want to upscale your blu rays to 4k, buy this. you won't be disappointed in the quality of screen picture you receive on your tv after popping a movie in it.

JUST LIKE THE REVIEWS SAY, THIS BLU RAY PLAYER IS GREAT AND EASY TO SET UP IF YOU HAVE SAMSUNG SMART HUB TV. UPSCALING WORKS REAL GOOD WITH REGULAR DVDS BUT BLU RAY IS THE BEST.

Got this to go with my new 65" Curved Samsung 4K TV and wanted a DVD player that would easily connect with Samsung TV and also up converts to 4K which this fit both. Only complaint is location of manual control buttons on the top, kept hitting them when trying to get it setup but not a problem now as I primarily use the remote.

I like the fact that it is wi-fi compatible. Easy to operate and you do not have to search for the buttons because they are on top.

Works great. I got it on sale so it was a great price too! My older Blu-ray was on its last leg so I needed a new one but I didn't want to spend a fortune. It had the Netflix and Amazon video apps already installed so I didn't need to download them, I just had to hook it up, connect to WiFi and it was ready to go. I have a Samsung UHD television so I was excited that this was a UHD bluray player. It makes my discs look amazing!

We bought this as an upgrade from our previous player. It is so easy to install, compact and has great added features. Love that it makes Hulu and other programs so easy to watch.

I bought this when it was on sale and I couldn't be more pleased. It make my 4k tv look amazing and it also upscales my 1080 tv's. Also easy access to all the apps and runs smooth.

Upgraded to Samsung from a two-year old Sony 3-D player. A night and day difference in picture quality and more importantly, download speed from Netflix and Vudu. The Sony Blu-ray player was a problem at start up and would buffer three or four times during a one hour time span. Best I could get with my dated Sony downlad was two bars, maybe three.. Nothing changed with my internet connection and with the Samsung player I get 5 bars. After two weeks of watching Netflix and Vudu no buffering at all...incredible. And the speed of connection at startup with both Netflix and Vudu is almost instantaneous. An excellent upgrade!
