This DVD player is awesome. Setup of wireless internet wifi connection is seamless and features are great. Good to have the buttons on the player if you lose your remote.

Bought this to play bluray movies and to srream netflix on a non-smart Samsung plasma TV. Great picture quality and this eliminated the need to go out and buy a smart tv!

Purchased this to use with my new Samsung Ultra HD TV. Very easy to set up and provides a beautiful picture when either playing regular HD or, Blue Ray DVDs. Highly recommend.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Easy to setup and access the apps. The upscaling may need a firmware tweak though because DVD's have some artifacts in them but anything BD on my 4K tv looks amazing with this player.

I have watched many DVD's and blu ray Movies on this player. The 3D movieswhich have real IMAX effect and was amaged to watch it on my new Samsung Blue ray player upscaling to 4k. The 3D as well as 2D video/audio quality is great and was thrilled to watch it on my 8550 samsung 55 inch 3D HD 4k TV. I was told that Sony HD Bluray player upscaling to 4k does not play all video formats. hence i am glad i made good decision to buy Samsung - BD-H6500/ZA - Streaming 3D Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player .

Bought this to replace my previous Samsung bluray player. It has great features such as built in WiFi for streaming, an optical audio output for my Bose system, and the picture quality is great. Even with an old LCD TV, I still see an improvement with the picture. I'm sure it will be even better when I upgrade to the 4K TV. It's also compact so it will fit anywhere. I highly recommend this bluray player as an upgrade. You won't be disappointed.

This is my 1st blue ray disc player I have purchased and the difference between it and a DVD player is like night and day Use of the blue ray is easy as well as setting it up. Overall Samsung makes a good product

Amazing options and user friendly. It is my first 4k blue ray player but I am sure I will buy more in the future. Very pleased with this product for the money.

I purchased the Samsung 3-D Blu-ray with 4K up-scaling mainly for the smart WiFi. I wanted to access the web and Netflix. The up-scaling is a bonus for the future.

I found this product pretty easy to set up. We were very interested in the streaming aspect and it worked well. This product more than met our expectations.

Have been using this player for about a month now and so far it's been great. No complaints, easy to use, full of apps and delivers great sound, picture quality.

The 4k upscaling is incredible. You definitely want this for a new 4k television. The picture and the sound makes you never want to go to a movie theatre again.

We were not looking to buy this item but it was on clearance. When we checked out it's specs it was a good deal. Easy to use and compact size is great.

I really like this player. The image quality on my 4K is fantastic. I just have two little gripes that keep it from being a 5 star review. First, the remote and onscreen menus are difficult to navigate so there is a learning curve involved. My biggest gripe is the lack of a sleep timer or power saving mode. If you hit the power button and for some reason it doesn't register, it just stays on forever. This wears out the parts and prematurely ages the player. Booo on manufacturers for not including a menu loop detection scheme or HDMI feedback (for when the TV turns off) to save power and save unnecessary wear and tear. No player will ever get 5 stars from me until they include sleep or power save modes.

this player is specifically designed to mate with Samsung smart tv and it performs. setup is automatically done and it recognizes my wifi, easy download apps

This bluray is a replacement for my Sony I bought a few years ago that suddenly stopped working. It up-scales well and is easy to use. Great purchase

Received this as a Christmas gift and very pleased with the ease of installation and performance. Shopped a lot on line before selecting this one.

Does a great job for the price. Buttons on top are hard to see in the dark. Didn't care for the remote, but integrated well into my universal remote with no hassle. Slick modern look with no frills.
