Got it on sales at a price not far about a quality BR player. Use it to upscale Discs and streaming video to 4k for my TV

I have used this blu-ray player for some time now. Picture is sharp. I have had no problems playing DVDs and blu-rays. Responds well and loads in a reasonable amount of time. I would buy again.

This latest generation bluray player is an excellent performer at this price point. Samsung checks off all by requirements : sharply detailed and accurate bluray video quality, really sweet 3D video, surprisingly excellent DVD video quality and fast navigation through all functionality. Very nice menu and uber sweet GUI for its SmartHub. The Smart Hub in my Samsung players has always been my soldier for streaming as I only use my Samsung panel for video. Great job Samsung. This will be perfect until I upgrade my amazing un60es8000 led to a OLED or other in a year or 2.

I went to Best Buy to replace our Blue Ray DVD unit which quit working. Since we are Netflix viewers and wanted a player with installed apps, we bought a unit on sale. It worked for one day and promptly died. So, we returned to the store to trade in the broken unit for a better model. The clerk told us this was the one to buy. No complaints with this DVD. Works great even if it cost a significant amount of money more than the smaller on-sale DVD. We are back to happy!

Great Blu-Ray Player. Haven't had any problems with it, other than one time froze and had to unplug. Has great picture and speed. Works great with Netflix and Hulu and other apps.

Upgraded to this from a previous Samsung which was a little old and glitchy. The ease of use and picture quality is great on the new one. Worth the extra cost as usually seems to be the case

It works great! Very easy to set up. Love that it has wifi. Many options to choose from.

Probably the best BD player I have seen lately at BestBuy. Also has the clearest picture I have ever seen on a non-4K 3D LED TV out of a bluray player. I really didn't think there were any differences in video quality between various players until I saw a movie on this one.

Great Bluray player fast loading compared to my previous model which was approximately 5 years old, picture and sound quality is very good , 3D picture is perfect

Controls are heat sensitive and phantom when not in use. Seamless connection to Samsung Smart Tv's through Bluetooth or Wireless Direct. 3D is exceptional.

Bought this primarilly to stream Hulu and it is working perfectly for that. The pictures are clear and sharp. I would venture to say better than the cable box we ditched. Using it with my 4k TV and this might have something to do with the picture quality. Played a DVD on it and that worked well too. Have only had it for about a month though, hence the so far so good review title.

Since I have an older Sony flatscreen HDTV I specifically needed a BluRay player with an HDMI out AND RCA audio outs. This was one of the only machines that offered it. Picture and sound are great. My only complaints would be that, although it'll stream wireless from your router, the interface for entering info into YouTube or other sites is so clunky it's virtually unusable - like entering text on an old flip phone. Also, a few times I'll find a command on a BluRay menu will get stuck requiring you to eject disc and start again. Very annoying. But, as I said, it'll play a movie with great picture and sound and that's the main thing.

I have the curved Samsung TV and was shopping for a DVD player and came across the Samsung 3d Wifi and thought I try it. It is exceptional!!

Matched to my Samsung plasma TV it's superb. Loads fast. Top notch picture and sound!!!

Super quality, makes everything look better. WiFi reception is perfect. Can't say enough good things about this wonderful Samsung unit. We love it.

The set up was straight forward. The quality of the picture and sound is great as well. I had to have Geek Squad come and reprogram the Logitech remote. Takes a little getting used to with the changes to the remote. Overall good choice.

Out of the box set up was easy but the initial setup failed because the unit would not connect to the server. After spending hours troubleshooting by making sure 1) the unit was connected to my WIFI, 2) tried online tech support, 3) That the unit was using the most current firmware and software. It was finally resolved with a hard reset of the DVD player. Then the unit would not play some Blue Ray DVDs due to the following error: Error is detected from the information obtained from server. This happened on some DVD's but not all. When I pushed play the error message would display. After several days I discovered that the DVD copy protection must be validating when I pushed play. If I waited for a minute or two, then it would play. Other than that I am pleased with the player. I just wish it was ready to go out of the box.

This product functions well and the quality is superior. The price for the product could be decreased.
