Have not had very long. I like it, yet you can not see the buttons to choose options for using. You have to open the microwave door and close to make them visible on the glass door. Only time and date show up on front of the door (unless the door is opened and closed. Also the whole surface of the door is glass, so there are constant finger prints on the surface where you touch the option. Pressing the options on the glass surface had a learning curve and was frustrating at first! You have to VERY LIGHTLY touch the options for them to work. Also this was the only white Samsung microwave I could find with sensor cook. I was very limited in wanting white appliances! The fingerprints and having to open the door to use the microwave are my dislikes. (Unless I am missing some information to have the options be visible all the time.

Beautiful design. Quiet and very easy for the children to use

We absolutely love everything about this microwave. The sleek design, and the fact that the controls are not always lit, really enhances the look in the kitchen. It has the biggest capacity out there from what we found. We love the entire Bespoke Line!

We were wanting a sleek look with no handles and this met that requirement. It is a also a nice size and easy to clean if there are splatters. Still learning all the components (there are a lot of options).

It looks great, was easy to hang, it is smart-operated with the phone, and it is eco-friendly with the sleep mode. The "Reheat plate" mode is a game changer! Only reason for it not getting 5 stars is because when I first bought it and installed it, it literally broke over that first night with only one, 30 second use. Lol Had to wait a week without one as a result, and get the new one installed, which we've had no issues with.

very nice looking and matches everything very well. however cooking seems a little wonky. it has much more power than our last microwave but all similar items we cook take much longer to cook. odd.

Works great! Love that I can connect smart things and I'm turn Home Assistant for automations.

Very nice looking microwave. I only wish there was a way to make the clock stay on when it dims all the other controls.

Unit looks very nice and I like the sleek look of it. The consumer reports stated that the heating was irregular and I kind of agree. Not enough to rate it low, but it certainly is not on the same level as my dear departed Electrolux.

This Samsung microwave has a nice easy clean beautiful glass front surface. It runs quiet and has good power. The range hood extracts well and has multiple speeds. The interior is easy to clean. The controls do not light up until you touch the surface. It just looks like a smooth clean black & white glass surface. It's been installed in our kitchen for several months and is working well. Based on this experience we plan to add more Samsung appliances to the kitchen.

This microwave has it all. Different heating options depending on what your heating up. Love the sensor feature too. Great bespike design that matches our backsplash and bespoke oven and fridge.

This is a beautiful microwave. No doubt about it! However, we really need a software update to reduce the number of taps required to cook. This microwave doesn't have express cook. We didn't realize how much we love express cook. Example: to cook something for 2 minutes, we should be able to press 2 rather than 2 + 0 + 0 + OK. The touch buttons look very nice, but aren't as sensitive as regular buttons, which exacerbates this. We are popcorn people, and the sensor cook is perhaps the best yet, but we need a software update that allows us to +30S to sensor cooks. Yes--you can't add time to the countdown portion of sensor cook. +30S + OK is required to cook for 30 seconds rather than simply +30S. This microwave would easily be 5 stars if they would fix these things, which I hope they do, since it's on Wi-Fi.

Samsung Microwave – Excellent Condition! This Samsung microwave has been working flawlessly for a year. Heats food evenly, runs quietly, and still looks like new. Reliable, powerful, and easy to clean – a great addition to any kitchen

I like the look of this Samsung microwave but the touch panel can sometimes be finicky and is a finger print magnet. Overall function is good and the fan is strong.

We love our new Bespoke microwave. It’s so sleek, works great, blends in with our new kitchen cabinets.

So far this microwave is not working out. The look is great! Makes our kitchen look very modern. BUT....it's making a very loud noise when it's in use. Closing the door slowly and gently it rattles on the side. which makes the product seem cheap. We may have received a broken product. We did reorder another one hopefully these issues with the noise goes away. Take note when purchasing, the clock does not stay on at all times, very bummed about that. Hopefully there will be a software update and they fix the clock display. Hoping for a better outcome on the second one.

One of the best microwaves I have ever purchased. Easy to use, love that it is connected to my Smart Things app - highly recommend.
