It’s easy to use and there’s a chart on the inside jam that shows you the settings. I recommend this microwave especially if you have the matching range.

It has plenty of cooking options but is also very simple to use. I do have a couple minor issues: First, it shows more fingerprints then I'd like, but it is black glass so it would be expected. Second, it's hard to see the food inside when cooking. The opaque portion of the door is too high up from the bottom so you have to get close enough to actuall look down into the window to see the food. I'm 5'11" and its an issue, so shorter people might have a real problem.

Not a good product. They should stick to tvs. It took them to replace 4 major parts including mother board to get it working. Now, I’ve got to get an installer to put to back up and the 1 year warranty is still ticking from the date of purchase and not from the time of repair

Best Buy Sold Me a Damaged Product and Refused to

When I contacted customer service, I was shocked to find out they refused to accept a return or offer a proper resolution. This is completely unacceptable for a product that was clearly damaged before or during delivery. I expected better quality control and customer service from a major retailer. Very disappointed and will think twice before shopping here again.

It looks sleek and nice, so I will give it that. The only downside I don't like is that there is no internal light at all. You have zero ability to see what you're cooking or boiling in order to monitor it.
