We also purchased the refrigerator and stove, not only are they esthetically appealing but functional and efficient as well. The available presets are just enough without cluttering the option menu. Interior is spacious and easy to clean.

As far the microwave goes, it works great easy to install, looks modern, wifi works great. After returning my first one for a second one, both microwave did not match my white samsung fridge though.

Love the style of this microwave. Easy to use. Very user friendly. Looks like a leveled up product. Need to purchase a stove to match.

The product works as intended once installed, but I ran into a couple of issues. When opening the door, the top right corner was rubbing and creating a noise. I had to make several adjustments to prevent it from catching, which could be a common problem for others as well. Another concern is the thinness of the bottom sheet. It bends and deforms quite easily during installation, making it tricky to handle without damaging it. Aside from these points, the product seems to function properly, but the build quality could definitely be improved.

Wow this is an amazing microwave! It heats up so quickly, is very quiet and looks so sleek and clean. What a wonderful product i definitely enjoy the smart features on this appliance!!

Best microwave I have ever owned,once I was looking at other microwaves the salesperson that sold me my Bespoke Fridge they showed me the Bespoke microwave,great price and easy to use.

Amazing microwave. It's gorgeous and futuristic, makes me feel inspired when I walk by it in my kitchen. The settings are more than you'll ever need as well, and the buttons are touch screen. Simply perfect.

We had some problems ordering through Samsung(they did not resolve). We then ordered from Best Buy and actually ended up with the same delivery team RXO. The delivery team from RXO was horrible again! However, the difference is the Best Buy Best and sales were absolution amazing at resolving an issue They provided customer service the way it should be. So impressed with the Best Buy team. We will never order directly from Samsung again. Thank you. Ps, geek sqad for frame TV, hands down the best@@

I love the microwave, but as another reviewer stated the color is off it is not the bright white. It is on my bespoke Samsung refrigerator. It’s very annoying to look up at the microwave and have it look off-white almost a dingy white compared to the white on my refrigerator so I am returning this. I just can’t look at that difference all the time. . Other than that, it’s great..

I’ve been using this microwave for a few weeks and I’m very happy with it. The white glass finish looks modern and gives my kitchen a much cleaner and more premium appearance. The installation was straightforward, and I really like that it works as both a microwave and a vent hood over the range. The sensor cooking feature has been surprisingly accurate for reheating leftovers and frozen meals, and the fan does a good job removing steam and cooking odors. The Wi‑Fi connectivity is also a nice bonus because I can monitor and control certain functions from my phone. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be that the touch controls take a little time to get used to, but after a few days they became very easy to use. Overall, this has been a great upgrade from my previous microwave. It looks excellent, performs consistently, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an over-the-range microwave with modern features.
