Countered upsize with no handles is perfect. Leave a lot of space for me between the fridge and my counter love the ice cube spears and the design of the freezer and the extra front door that opens without opening the whole fridge door.

Great capacity and slick design, the four door design surprised me. You don't have to open the entire freezer to get what you need and the dual ice trays are a nice touch. Having the water pitcher auto fill is a time saver.

Love the fridge, perfect fit for my application. For anyone makimg this fridge fit in a tight location, the hinge height is 72in. I routed my upper cabinet to make the cearance 72 1/8in... Fits perfect.

Sleek and looks great! All I have is Samsung appliances and this is such a nice fridge! I wish it had more freezer room but everything else which is positive outweighs this so I am happy with my purchase

I love this fridge! And the spheres ice balls! It also opens perfectly being right next to a wall.

I waited for a month for this fridge and upon delivery it arrivered shattered the delivery guy stated it will take another 3 weeks for a new one delivered due to being their fault so upsetting.

We bought this to replace an older built-in that was getting very costly to repair and the parts were becoming obselete. Went with a "normal" fridge because the 15K built-ins don't actually last longer and need special repair companies in addition to the high cost of repairs and obsolesence mentioned - it just seemed like such a waste of money. This Samsung, albeit smaller on the outside, was about 1 cubic foot less storage than our old fridge (which did not have water). I like the plain exterior and really appreciate the layout inside, it fits quite a bit. Another reason I picked this model is having the water pitcher in the door which allowed for more usable space inside. Plus, I really like having shelves in the freezer vs the bucket that we were digging through all the time. One thing that I want to mention is that it takes up to 2 days to start seeing ice so be patient before thinking it doesn't work. I don't really see the need for the whisky ice, I would have preferred the chipped ice, but this was the first to work for us. I'm thinking I'll put it in juices since I like everything cold and it will prevent dilution, but for soda, I like small ice for near slurpee cold. Cons: While I didn't want the door handles that most models have, it's hard to get used to opening this but I was fully aware that it would be awkward for a while. No trim kits available. I am ordering a custom gap filler and have my fingers crossed that it will fit. I do wish they had the option.

Zero clearance was the biggest thing that I was looking for in a new refrigerator. I wanted something that would sit flush in my kitchen and I would be able to open it with custom cabinetry in that kind of thing. It works as advertised.I love how the freezer is separated on both sides. Like most freezers that don’t have that kind of feature. Everything is always sliding and falling over itself. The compartmentalization is very good and the drawers are very nice. When I bought it, I had no idea that it also made these beautiful crystal clear ice balls for whiskey or cocktails really nice. I think Samsung could improve how you compartmentalize the inside of the refrigerator. While they give you the shelving options, it would be nice if they had other ways for you to not use the shelves that come with it and find different modular choices. . The other major thing that I love about this is that the water dispenser is separate from where the ice is. It’s up in the refrigerator. You open the door and there is a picture and every time you pour water into your glass and you put the pitcher back in the refrigerator. Automatically refills it up to the top brilliant. I would definitely recommend the product.

This refrigerator was bought for my son's house. The space allotted in the kitchen for the refrigerator was between a wall and a cabinet; not very much. We had looked for years for a refrigerator that would fit in this space and be able to open the doors. I was elated when I saw this model being offered at Best Buy. I even traveled to a distant store to actually see that it did not need a lot of space. The zero clearance design is amazing and truly works in limited space. It was a wonderful buy and the zero clearance didn't take away anything from the whole refrigerator. The interior automatic water pitcher and the 2 different ice dispensers are great. I love the fact that there are no external handles to come loose and it is fingerprint resistance. Lots of space in the interior and would have liked to have a little more space in the freezer but it will work. My son and his family will use this refrigerator for many years.

It took a bit to get this refrigerator, but its been well worth it. I have a tight space and the zero clearance doors work really well. It is smaller, but helps me be more organized with my food. Also, the ice maker and automatic door feature is really nice.

We recently moved into a new home and brought in a new refrigerator, but the first model we purchased couldn’t be placed flush against the wall due to its design. We ended up returning it, and luckily, we were able to get this brand-new 2025 launch right away. In hindsight, it turned out to be a much better choice. Zero Clearance Fit allows the doors to open smoothly even when the fridge is placed right against the wall. Downside is that being a counter depth model, it has slightly less storage space than a standard depth fridge. Even though we had to go through the hassle of buying a fridge twice, I’m genuinely happy it worked out this way. This model scores a solid 10/10 for design, functionality, and quiet operation. If you care about style and space efficiency, it’s an excellent choice. I’d say it’s best suited for households of up to four people.

This fridge is so amazing I am buying another one for my other home! Absolutely love the ice maker, the water pitcher on the door, no waiting for the pitcher to fill for my coffee pot, quiet, no fingerprints, lots of room and the separate freezer so everything is tidy. If I had a large family this would be small but this is the perfect size for my homes.

Absolutely love this refrigerator so easy to keep organized you can see everything in the freezer which is so much better than the stupid little drawers all the doors in the freezer or all the shelves in the freezer I should say are pull out so they slide out you put everything in it makes it easy to see absolutely fabulous

Even though it’s counter-depth, the interior feels extremely well-designed. The capacity is enough for our, and the shelves are adjustable and sturdy. Ice maker is perfect with ball ice. The zero-clearance hinges are a game changer for us as our pantry cabinet is right next to the refrigerator space. No other refrigerator fulfilled the requirements. Downside is the freezer space. With 2 doors and divided space, freezer is on the smaller side.

Sleek look in our kitchen. Spacious, well designed and cools down quickly. Ice maker in freezer is convenient and filtered water in door is easy to use, better than through the door configuration. Love it!

We love this refrigerator. Very sleek and stylish. It fits in well with our GE Profile appliances. My personal favorite feature is the whiskey ice balls it makes.

This counter depth refrigerator fits perfectly in my kitchen. I love the ice maker. Regular ice on one side and ice balls on the other. Great decision!
